Thrifty by Bluenotes is undoubtedly one of the finest stores I've ever visited at the Outlet Mall. I wholeheartedly endorse it without a doubt. Their clothing prices are incredibly affordable, and they offer a wide selection of trendy clothes. Their customer service they provide is outstanding, particularly thanks to an exceptional worker named Simon. I want to give him a special shoutout because he's truly remarkable. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, generously offering free discounts to customers including me and treating everyone with utmost respect. I hold immense respect for this man as well as the entire staff at Thrifty by Bluenotes!!!!! I recommend going there!

I love visiting Triftys cuz I love the environment and ambience is so good and whenever I go triftys I feel fresh and the choice of songs are so good! Another reason to Visit triftys is Brother “Simon” he is very kind and nice the way to interact with you is amazing and he helps you a lot when you go there! Tbh: Simon and triftys both are amazing!!!!?

Went there today and was a horrible experience. The line was so long and one poor man was working the cash while 2 other staff kept walking by and did not stop to cash people out. When one employee finally did (cashier ID 98081) step up to cash, she was extremely rude, and was sassy with customers trying to understand the promotions. At one point while describing the promotions to a customer, I witnessed her checking her Apple Watch to read her messages while with this customer…. Incredibly rude

Went to do some shopping for my kids and the store was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it, The store manager Brad was extremely friendly and helpful and assisted me in finding sizes

Staff stand around gossiping, and eating. The store was an absolute mess clothes thrown everywhere. Staff never offered to help/assist. Change rooms were also a wreck and not cared for. Prices are not that great still quite expensive.

Went today to buy something but the manager was so rude to everyone, they were closing in 10mins and she was yelling on everyone that we are closing. At the time of checkout I greeted her but she didn’t respond and after check out i said have a good day but she ignored.My friend was with me in the line she asked him if you are not buying anything please be on side.Very Bad experience.Sales person id:901230

The store manager, Amani, is amazing! She made it so easy to find everything I was looking for and she made some great suggestions on other things. The store was organized and well stocked. Can't wait to go back and get some more unique finds. Ask for Amani!

Two staff members at the store were very rude to customers, The new store capacity is 28 people ... there was less than 28 in the store and one staff member came to the line outside of the store and told certain customers that they are no longer allowing people in at 4:20pm when the store closes at 5pm ... They did not fully communicate with all customers which left many still standing in line . The only excuse for closing early was " we wanted the store empty ". I had called to speak to the "manager" which this girl was not but pretended to be .. she said she will let us in in 10 minutes ... then came outside and said she's only letting 10 customers in after 16 customers had left ... we were only invited inside to be rushed and yelled at by staff to "hurry up" , " get up to cash now " , " we want to close " ... it was a very terrible experience and I do not plan on ever shopping there again . Terrible customer service .. I don't really care about how I was treated the fact that many people got turned away and screamed at is very sickening to me . I hope the two girls are fired .
