I definitely did not have a good experience at ups on Huron Chruch. I had 3 items to drop off for returns. The place that I usually go to scanner wasn’t working. 2/3 packages had the return labels. I forgot one label at home. The store has 1 person it in and he wasn’t mailing anything (just standing around). I asked the older man at the front desk if he could possibly print my one label (I was willing to pay for it too) he said as like no I’m too busy, even though no one else was there except for the one guy standing around.
I had to run back out and find somewhere else to print and then go back to mail.
Not the greatest customer service that’s for sure.

They say the deliver your package but steal it instead never receieved my package for my son spent good money. All they do is tell u to contact the seller

Worst experience. I did not get the package delivered at my home and was asked to collect it from the centre. I did not receive any calls or emails from the delivery person also. And after I show up in person, is when they tell me that I need a physical copy of identity proof. Worst ever.

The CSR did not check proper details for the courier when the parcel was already in the store but he didn’t check and said the driver will come at 5:30.
When driver came he found my parcel in the store. I waste my half hour for nothing.

Store owner whatever his name is extremely rude and unprofessional. He got upset that I put my email in wrong and so he charged me $10 for scanning ONE piece of paper, even though I was quoted $1. Will be going through my bank to get my money back. UPS should not allow him to hold a store license.

They don't even answer the phone with the name of the company 😡😡. You ask if it's UPS and they are rude..... I called and asked a question, he wouldn't even look my parcel up. I have a severe blood infection and can't go in public. This is the worst customer service ever!!!!!

Came here the other day. It's closed and empty.
(This post has now been edited) The business has relocated to the back of the building. It's not open there anymore. Building is empty
EDIT... I actually pulled up and had a really good look at the windows and everything. I even said out loud well - I guess that's it. When I came there was nothing there. Thank you for your prompt response. "Next time" I go to visit a business I will call first to ensure they have not relocated. The one star was because it didn't matter because you were closed up.

The staff at this store seems to be uninformed about UPS policies or lacks proper training. A friend sent me a gift to my address but had his name on it. When I went to collect the package with my ID, (which had the same address as on the package) the staff refused the delivery, claiming I was not the intended recipient. They also attempted to take the delivery notice, which was nonsense. I wasted my time and fuel to go there.

Rude & disrespectful customer service. Felt so not welcome there, agent is unable to offer any support or help to solve the issue. Will not recommend to go if don’t have to.
