I recently had an outstanding experience at The UPS Store, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. They made the shipping process so easy, guiding me through all my options and helping me choose the best one for my needs.
The store was clean, organized, and stocked with all the packing supplies I could possibly need. I was impressed by the range of services offered, from printing to packaging, which made it a one-stop shop for all my shipping requirements.

I cannot say enough about the assistance that the manager, Abdul, provided me numerous times. He provided me advice in shipments outside and inside Canada and made the experience stress free. I wish all shippers could follow his kindness and professionalism!

Very poor service, guy name Abdul at this location is very rude and mean! Staff is not professional. They are running franchise store like their private restaurant or mechanic shop. I do not recommend to visit this location.

They tried to cheat.
Visited this store yeterday in the evening with boxes, the guy there gave us the estimate for $ 211. But asked to come tomorrow morning as the shipment has already left. So today Aug 13, 2024. We came to the store and there were different guys one Mr Abdul Samad who is the owner of the business told us the price much higher than previously told. So we left the place as we knew that he was cheating. So we went to another UPS location where they charged us #187.
And at both the places it was regular shipment with 4 working days delivery.
So just to inform all the future customer beware of the cheats.

Bunch of teenagers behind the counter that don’t know what they are doing. Especially the young man that worked Saturday morning talking on his cell phone the whole time. Don’t go here, perfectly good UPS stores on Malden and Huron Church are way better!

It’s a very rare thing to find service that is speedy and efficient, but also friendly and kind at the same time. It makes sense that he had so many awards in the back.? service was great! Definitely going back whenever I have to ship something
