I wish I got the name of the younger man helping me today. He did great at helping me and another woman at the same time (we happened to have the same size and were looking at the same shoes lol) and he had an uplifting personality. He complimented my shoe choice and expressed that he was happy for me because it was the last pair and I got lucky. I wasn’t having a good day so those small things that aren’t big to others, meant a lot to me.

This is a shoe store. Why would you not have wide width sneakers for women?????? I searched and you only have a choice of six.

OMG ! Once a year I decide to go shopping, and unlucky me, started here at the Shoe Company. No wonder why people like shop on line this days , they don't have to deal with that little lady with the black nose ring from Shoe Company. She is ever unfriendly, and rude ! Some other worker was nice and help me to order a shoe, but when I paid for it, we noticed, the black Friday discount didn't apply, then the little devilish girl comes, and telling me, she cant do nothing about it, no price adjustment, no refund ! The funny things, I don't even have the shoes yet and I just paid full price for it, a minute before this. No 25% off, how it was advertised, no refund, no shoe, she is crazy ! Feel sorry for the owner, and the other workers there, they have to deal with her.

Worst customer service ever. I was asked to give my phone number and refused. The cashier who was apparently also the manager gave me a dirty look threw the receipt into the box and shoved it towards me. Not so much as a thank you or have a nice day or anything. They will never get my business again that's for sure!

Cashier kept insisting she wanted to check to see if the shoes fit...I told her 3 times.."I have them on...they f.!!!". She wanted to refuse my payment for the shoes is she could not check if they fit... I had to say if you are refusing payment...I am walking
