Forget going to the mall for athletic shoes. The staff at the Running Factory are experts and completely non-judgmental of your physical shape. I was impressed that the staff member took the time to understand my physical challenges and recommend a shoe that fit properly for my needs. 100% recommend!

Really impressed with my experience. Kyle took the time to fit me. Then with a short discussion of what I thought I needed, he brought out several boxes of shoes. Found a perfect pair. I can tell you I've been happy with poorly fitting shoes b4 today. But now I know. His knowledge is our benefit. Thanx again Kyle!

Desperately finding a specific model of Hoka and upon googling, ran into their online store. Smooth transaction and item was shipped the next day. Shipping time was reasonable and came with tracking. Im assuming the Hoka model didnt come with the oem box and arrived in a brooks brand box. Nether the less. No issues and happy wife, happy life. Thanks !

I always love stopping into the running factory (even when I don’t need anything ?)! Staff are always so kind and helpful and friendly. Both stores have a great variety of items and good prices especially during sales. Thanks to Paul at the Walker location for always being so helpful and ordering items that I’m looking for when he can! You’re the best! I’d highly recommend checking out RF if you’re a new runner or looking for some help with finding the best shoes!

The staff here was so kind. The lady that helped me was very quick and provided a number of different sizes and widths to make sure I had a proper fit. It was my first time trying to buy proper running shoes and wish I had time to ask questions but had to leave.I would definitely recommend checking out the Running Factory if you’re looking for running shoes with friendly staff.

Fantastic place to buy running shoes. They actually help. They size your foot and ask what you want to do in your footwear. And bring you the best options. Then they actually help you try them on.While not a bargain store the prices are on par (or better) than MSR. A friend, (a 20 year customer) recommended the store to me, and now I know where I am going to buy my running shoes for the next 20 years too.

My go to for all my running and active wear needs. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable. They setup great community road race events. If you're signed up for a half or full marathon I would recommend their clinic, great motivation, information and a wonderful crew to run with. The absolute best!
