Customer service was exceptional. I am not a runner or an avid exercise person. I simply wanted a pair of good quality shoes with support for walking. I called there and a wonderful fellow helped me on the phone and when I got in there were several staff ready to help in a most attentive way. They asked several questions to learn about my needs and were very receptive in helping me select the perfect shoes. I highly recommend this place as it operates in a most professional manner.

Absolutely love buying kids shoes from here. They have a great selection at the best prices. They also have extra wide shoes that most stores don’t carry. The staff are always quick to come over and welcome us and start finding shoes to try on. Great sales every time I go in! I have never left emptied handed. I shop for my whole family there. I would never go anywhere else because they always have exactly what I’m looking for.

I just want to give a shout out to the manager of the walker road location Rochelle. I was having a hard time finding shoes in my size. We ordered a few pair that never showed up because of supply issues. When I brought up the issue to Rochelle she said I could get a refund or come back to the store and she would take care of me, which I did. After trying a few pairs I was about to take a pair that were just ok, she asked "how are they", seeing that I wasn't really happy she said "I don't want you to just settle". She ordered 4 pairs of different shoes. She called me every time a pair would come in. Rochelle shows great customer service, something I feel has been lost in the retail market nowadays. She is a great manager and an asset to the Running Factory!!!!

I recently purchased the New Balance V13 shoes from this store, and I was impressed by their prompt shipping. However, I encountered a small issue with the shoes and decided to reach out via email. To my surprise, I received a call back from Kyle within just 5 minutes. Kyle was incredibly kind and considerate, going above and beyond to address my concerns. The exceptional customer service I experienced has left me extremely satisfied, to the point where I plan to place two more orders from this store. It's rare to find such outstanding after-sales support, but here I truly felt valued as a customer. Kyle is undoubtedly an asset to this company.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very friendly too. I explained the problems I've been having with my feet and they were able to pick out some options that were very comfortable and not super expensive. They also had my size of shoe in a lady's shoe which is pretty difficult to find it seems as I have a big foot lol. Will definitely be back to get some stuff ?

New Balance work shoes (slip resistant) are the best like walking on air and their durable and last quite a while.
