I just purchased a new TV and soundbar from The Brick, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Terrie Mckinnon, who went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I found exactly what I needed.
Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re shopping at The Brick, I highly recommend asking for Terrie, she’ll take great care of you!

Very happy with my purchase of new bed.. Beverly Potter was the sales lady that assisted me to find the best bed for my back problems .. She is very knowledgable and was very helpful and pleasant to deal with from the minute I met her and during the complete interactions with her to buy the bed best for my health issues .. thank you Beverley for assisting me today with the purchase of my bed .. I will certainly be glad to come see you again for any other furniture needs .. thanks again Glenn Willson. ps .. Sorry , I must add that the delivery guys were great too !! Delivery crew was great, sales crew was great, communication was great, price was great, product will probably be great too but I always get the warranty. Love the Brick and we only really always shop there. We always shop around 1st but Brick in Windsor across from Costco is always the best.

Edited my review as they are helping me with an exchange of the table set. I was really hoping so because it’s an awesome well constructed set. We also recently purchased a beautiful fireplace stand from TheBrick that we are very pleased with it along with many other furniture items that we have purchased from TheBrick
over the years. Thebrick Customer service made up for this 100% and we’re totally understanding of my situation. I was more upset with the technician who came to my house to physically look at the damage and then said it’s wear and tear on a brand new set. The technician isn’t an employee of TheBrick but is a warranty technician. The damage had to come from the manufacturer before TheBrick even had received the table set. I will continue to shop at TheBrick guaranteed.
