All I remember is that Terrie was so knowledgeable on what she was selling me and I bought quite a lot of fridge a stove and microwave a washer and dryer and she knew all about everything I asked her she's great she's so kind courteous and pleasant I really enjoyed my experience with her.

The sale was fantastic, everyone I had to deal with was friendly and polite ,Sergei O was on point told me everything I needed to know about my mattress I'm a large lady and wasn't sure what type of mattress would be right for me and after trying it the first night I was fast to sleep and it has great support, thank you Sergei for all your help you really know what's up and I'm glad you mentioned getting a water proof bamboo mattress protector that came with two of the best bamboo Pillows they came as a sale package lol I had to get two more pillows for that price, they are that comfortable. The delivery guys that dropped off everything were fast, friendly and had everything set up in know time .Again thank you ?

Starting with Jay at the store, the experience couldn't have been better. She was so knowledgeable, personable and so helpful. Love the new delivery app. Great to see it every step of the way. Drivers have delivered here several times and greeted me like an old friend. Will recommend The Brink to all my friends.

Susan, our sales representative was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She took us through every option and her product knowledge was on point. She made our shopping experience fun and easy. We will deal with the Brick again in the future and will request Susan when we get there! 10/10!!

Karen M. was so helpful. We purchased a lounge chair and were looking for a specific type and she found the perfect one for us. We also ended up buying some patio furniture from her as well. We will be needing a new washer and dryer soon and we had Karen show us some great ones that we will definitely be purchasing from her. She is the reason we will continue to shop at this location and all the other staff were extremely friendly as well. Wonderful experience.

I called the store to ask for help with an online order. They put me through to Karen who was amazing. She went through the order with me and told me about an in store only sale that I couldn't access online. Since I was out of town she took the time to process my order through the store and made sure I was getting the best prices possible. She explained warranty options and compared products. She was super informative and kind. A few hours later she called me back to let me know she found me an additional discount. What a great phone call to get!! Thanks for the awesome customer service Karen!!! Looking forward to my new appliances.
