Guys were great they did in 5 minutes what Telus could not do in 45 minutes and many phone calls. Not pushy, friendly and got what I needed done

I switched phones yesterday and I entered a new student plan. The workers here carry a high-degree of professionalism and are very understanding. The process of switching out phones was quick and painless, and I was very satisfied with my new device. Very well done.
