The service is above and beyond. My husband and I spent a very frustrating hour at home depot looking for 4 different plumbing fittings with no success and no assistents in sight. We went directly to home hardware and moments after walking in Todd (customer service attendant) approached us and asked if he could help us. Todd found all of the fittings in minutes and did it with a friendly smile. Amazing Customer Care, Thanks, Todd.

I come here occasionally to browse their garden centre as they have unique items that aren't found elsewhere. As usual, I wanted everything...instead, left with one item...lol! The service here is amazing...they actually approach you upon entering and ask if they can help you! Excellent customer service here!

Store Dosent follow to scanning code of practice. I found a whole display of umbrellas that showed multiple tags reading 49.99$. When they scan the umbrella at the register 89.99$. After going back to the display with two workers they show me a few of the more pricy umbrellas are marked differently however the one I had was not and others were also not labelled but they were the more expensive ones too. I was told they would not adjust the price at all as they don’t participate in the scanning code of practice program. Poor customer service. They expect people not to notice.

My fav Home Hardware. So many employees working, you don't see that in many retail places these days.
I had like, 3 employees trying to help me find something. They didn't actually have what I was looking for, but I was unbotbered because they were so nice and tried so hard LOL!!

That’s the place if you are looking for to fix your screen door or window..the guy works inside store special area you leave your Window or patio door he can fix anything rollers screen or brackets ..around 25$ to fix it and parts are separate

Super service. WANNA be served like an old school store. Go here, worth every penny. Amazing staff helped me with snow fence. Didn't hesitate to show me the product. Paint section, same. She cares and explained the product that I was looking for. Home Depot not in the same race. Well done HH!
