We stayed here as a team for a tournament in Detroit. Great service, and very clean. Rooms were quiet, with larger than typical fridge in the room and super comfortable beds! The complimentary hospitality room for our team was a very nice added perk for the parents and team meetings. Location was near lots of food options and close to the border. Thanks for a great stay!

A review was filed from the last time my husband stayed, due to poor service he had received. We were booked (were from out of town) here and the owner of this establishment kicked us out because of the online review.This is not the first time we heard this either; staff doesn't like dirt and all companies have had complaints. Plus, we found the room we were in to have a smell like old soup.The owner of this establishment can call and email companies to make complaints but if we write one, he can kick us out or anyone out instead of coming to a resolution?Owner cannot take criticism and instead of helping resolve, he kicked us out.Cares more about his reputation he told us than really trying to keep the customers coming back.

Live in hotels with hockey tournaments. I'm so sick and tired of the hotel life. However this place is different. Clean, comfy beds/pillows, no hockey equipment allowed in rooms as they have storage for them. Very firm rules for noise after 10 pm. I'd stay here anytime!

Great place to stay. Clean and cute. Very friendly staff. The lady on midnights was lovely and so helpful. Continental breakfast was perfect. We stayed here for my son's hockey tournament and they changed the sign out front. They let us use an equipment room to air out the gear and also a second room to hang out in. Very pleased with our time here.

A sophisticated clean motel with good-sized rooms a great location - 10 mins from downtown. Also included breakfast and close to shopping amenities. Would definitely go again.

We stayed in the delux king room. The room was very clean and pretty big. Very affordable with the complimentary breakfast. You can't go wrong with that.

Recently we stayed at the Stonecroft Inn and we enjoyed our stay here. Room was very clean with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. They also offer a simple contineintal breakfast . Reasonably priced ; Easy access off of the 401. Would highly recommend.

I had to do some research on hotel rating systems to figure out why this hotel is only listed as a 2 star hotel. For me this is at least a 3 star hotel, and I will say I can think of multiple 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at that weren’t nearly as comfortable or convenient as Stonecroft! The bed was like a cloud, the room decor and furnishing was of high quality, it was immaculately clean, they provided very nice soaps and shampoo, breakfast was simple but had all the staples, parking is free and plentiful, prices are competitive, staff were courteous while also giving you your space, there is literally not a single thing that could have improved my stay. I will definitely come back, and would recommend it to anyone visiting WindsorRooms: Immaculately clean, comfortable, had everything I needed - including a great desk for working.

I will not stay here again. Got to the room and was dirty first of all. Second, we booked 2 nights had to cancel one and was charged 95$ for the price of the room and a 145$ cancellation fee on top of that. So over 350 to stay one night. These people seem a little scammy. The shower was nice

We stayed here for 3 nights in September in the executive king room.It was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was continental with various options and the renovations provided minimal intrusion. Staff were friendly. The only issue was we went back to our room temporarily the last night of our stay to briefly look at food options in the area at around 4:30-5:00. We didn't lock our door as we planned to be in and out very quickly. To our surprise, the door is opened (no knock) and a mature lady with glasses and longish hair comes in. She was shocked to see us by the look on her face and asked if we wanted our room freshened up to which we replied no thanks. Why would you be asking that at dinner time when we were leaving the next morning? No knock? Felt sketchy. Sadly, tainted an otherwise nice experience which is why the low rating. Lock your doors, people! Area is also questionable. Be safe.
