Be aware! Bought three used tube pre-amps from Stereoland. One had two wrong tubes and one channel of another headphone tube pre-amp didn't work.

Bought a new 5.1 surround sound theatre system for my home.
Clark and Mike took great care of me and made house calls before, during,and after the installation was complete.

Highly recommend this place for all your sound equipment needs. Clarke and the folks really helped me out in getting my antique turntable up and running again, and in better shape than when I bought it.

These guys are amazing! Clarke and Jimmy set me up with a system that will likely last me my lifetime. Customer service is incredible. Jimmy is a hoot to chat with, and Clarke has some great stories and music recommendations. If you're considering purchasing a home stereo/theatre setup, these are the guys you want to do it. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the neighborhood. Pretty sure at the time of writing this review that there's a sale on most of the shop as well, so get on in there!

They had a post on Kijiji and I asked for a price , was told I had to come in to get a price . I live in Toronto. If you want to play games don't post things on Kijiji. Never will I buy anything from this place .

Very happy with Stereoland. Brought my older Bang & Olufson in when others said it was kaput. Clarke extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Gave me great insight and answered my many questions with patience. Highly recommend Stereoland!

Made a purchase at Stereoland on Ottawa St recently and enjoyed my time there so much I almost got a parking ticket from talking with the crew there. Super knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. I had a good time there learning a few things.

Bought a CT-F950 Pioneer deck from an employee named Clark. I asked if it was rebuilt,was told no but in perfect working condition. Received the deck and does not work! They refuse to answer any messages or emails! Stay away from StereoLand in Windsor Ontario!

I took my amplifier to them for repair. After explaining my diagnostics of a network issue, they declined taking on the task as being beyond there skill set. I had been browsing the internet looking for a replacement. They were VERrY knowledgeable about the market. I will go back to them when the need arises.

Bought a Pioneer CT-F950 Deck from this employeen Clark. I asked if it had been rebuilt and was told "no but our technicians went over it and it works perfectly " I said ok and gave him my $650. When I received it I found the deck will not play the tapes. I have messaged and emailed Clark and he refused to return any messages!. StereoLand has ripped me off !! Stay way from this company in Windor Ont they sell broken components and then refuse to back anything up!
