This is a google review on behalf of Music Express, a not-for-profit group of musicians and performers in Windsor Essex County. Our group has been utilizing the services at this Staples location on Tecumseh road E now for several years for the purposes of advertising our concerts. The products themselves are always of professional quality, provided in a timely manner and with the proper expertise given to us in the planning stages of our projects. The reason we always return to this location in particular is the kindness and professionalism in the atmosphere. Tina B, copy and print consultant, is almost always there when we arrive, ready to greet us with a community smile and engaging personality. Her leadership skills and confidence in her role is evident in her engagements with the customers she serves. She always goes above and beyond for our group in ensuring we know the possibilities and ensuring we receive our order with precision and care. It is a comforting feeling to have that community connection within our annual holiday planning. We can always count on the team at Staples on Tecumseh road east to help us advertise our community engagements. We look forward to seeing them again soon for our next concert series as we will for sure be returning customers for years to come!

I went to Staples today and bought a few things, but when I went to the cashier, he was extremely rude and disrespectful, and he didn't know how to deal with customers. I'm very upset.

Excellent customer service for Me and family members for new Mobile, Internet services and devices. They went above and beyond to save us money on even faster services than we have now. I see a lot of bad reviews on Printing/Copying and such, if you actually are buying Goods at the store, the Customer service is stellar. There are also great deals for Phones, Laptops and Tablets on Black Friday/Holiday sales. It's also convenient to just drop off your Amazon returns there.

I would like to acknowledge Tina B. for her professionalism and kindness as well as her sincere consideration. This individual in my honest opinion deserves a raise and or a promotion. Tina was very knowledgeable and patient when dealing with my order. She went over & above to ensure everything was satisfactory.

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT FOR DUPLICATE CHARGES! The self serve printer froze up and didn't print my job. So, the girl in the print centre printed it for me. She charged me for the job. And so did the out-of-order machine! Went back the next day, and they said a manager would be right out. Waited 20 minutes only to find out they were in a meeting. Even reached out to customer service to complain, and someone was supposed to get back to me. Nope. Calling my credit card to file fraudulent charge. Staples used to be a neat store to shop at. Now they're just a waste of space. They've lost my business for sure.
(P.S. to the Staples social media team who reply to these posts - don't bother. If I want to talk to someone, I'll call John Lederer direct.)
Follow up to above review --> The social media team did provide their standard response. Nothing new there. But I did decide to forward my emails to head office. Specifically to John Lederer, Rudy Irish and their media contacts. Head office acted, and called me back within a few hours. Issue resolved.

This place sucks I talked to them about returning multiple packages to amazon and the said no because of some new policy that the failed to tell amazon about and when I explained that these packages are separate and you don’t have to worry about the size the manger said no I trust my casher and I am not going to check them to much for customer service I guess to be honest if I could give them zero stars I would do it horrible experience no respect to people and a horrible manager
