I came to the store to return the printer within 30 days return policy. 2 managers - Brianne and Kyle - gave me a really hard time!!! I had to explain to an employee and these 2 "managers" why I am returning the product. All in all 3 times. Same explanation as if I had to justify anything why I am returning the product that doesn't function. The manager Kyle used all kinds of tricks such as that I am harassing his employees, or "technically they should not accept the printer" because it is 30 days (Exactly! It is 30 days and this the store policy). Not only the managers and their employee do NOT know their own policy, they have zero respect to the customers and probably have no clue about the concept of "customer service". How long shall the society exploit trendy concepts of "harassment" or "racism" to cover up for incompetence and lack of professionalism?!

Sodastream - I went in to trade two old canisters for two new ones. I’m not sure if they are ignorant or malicious, but they wanted to charge me full price ($39.99) and give a $10 in store discount. I declined. Zehrs across the street gave me the standard $20 cash discount per canister ($46 after tax). Buyer beware.

The staff at this location is amazing. Especially Dana and Binz who stayed with us, explaining the features and benefits of each models. They waitied beyond their working hours just to help us which was such a relief

Been here for printing and dropping off packages, services were great. Brought a laptop and paid $1300ish, staff was icy and inpatient when explaining the warranty terms to us. When we declined to buy the extra warranty, more ice and inpatient. After we paid, the staff just handed the receipt to us with a long face. That’s it. Since you don’t care when I spend over $1000, I will only be back for dropping off packages from now on.
