Got there 2 mins before closing to spend 60 dollars very quickly and was not allowed in. Would not go back there. 10/10 would not recommend.

My husband and I went to Sportchek today to purchase a new bicycle for myself. We had the pleasure of speaking to Sam, who was extremely knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time with us to make sure I purchased the perfect bicycle to use. The service provided today was beyond exceptional. I have found that each time I’ve shopped at this location, the staff I have interacted with have all been amazing. It really makes the experience a wonderful one! Great job to the manager for hiring the best staff!

I, together with my sister, enjoyed our shopping there last Saturday. Alex really helped me a lot in recommending what were the best training and running shoes I can get. It was quite busy that morning but he was able to juggle his attention with me and some customers. The quality of his service was still commendable. His friendly and pleasant approach made it easy for me. Meghan on the other hand, assisted my sister, was really wonderful and very much in high spirit. Overall the experience was way beyond the best. And also not to forget Pierce on the send floor. Appreciate your being warm and pleasant to us especially when you helped my sister assemble that camping chair.

Went looking for shoes and was helped by Lonny who was awesome very knowledgable and friendly. Went back a few days later, as it took a while to decide and was helped by Alex who was also awesome very knowledgable and friendly. Made my selection and used the check out line at back of store and was helped by Elizabeth who made my two purchases a great experience. It happened to be a special points day so that news was appreciated but she also helped me swap offers on my phone and gained me a significant amount of more rewards. That's customer service beyond expected and we were both thrilled. Huge thanks, great store layout with back parking entrance. Very clean with huge selection of all sport products.

At Devonshire mall. I work at the mall and got off early so I wanted to browse for a bit on the upper floor which is where I typically go but the escalator was broken and I wasn't use to taking the stairs or elevator I didn't stay too long as I wanted to look elsewhere in the mall. I sat in the food court for a bit and two security guards approached me and told me Sport Chek was under the impression that I was trying to steal something even though all I did was walk to the back where the kids clothes were as I have a younger brother and now I'm not allowed in. Security guard even told me that Sport chek doesn't like me. My little brother loves going there too as we buy our backpacks there.

Me and my cousin were walking around upstairs an employee came up to us, and started to harass us. He was starting to lie about us “spitting” down to the other floor. We never spit down there and were forced to leave. Don’t come here if you want to be harassed.

I was walking around when an employee came up to me and kicked me out for “spiting” on the floor. I absolutely did not “spit” on the floor. I told him to check cameras, but all he did was tell me to leave. I will not be putting up with this.

At Devonshire mall - rude floor staff for shoes. The bro with the short shorts - is that dress code? He needs to go get a boba tea maybe and relax. And Huge line up at cash. Why would i come here for shoes when I could go ANYWHERE else in the mall?
