Satisfied on the service they give to the customer but hard to find the staff unless they greet me and ask questions if anything I need help then that’s the time I can find that’s the staff that working inside the store. Hope they have uniform and tag name for the employee to help the customer who’s the person we can ask questions right?!

Edit.. I have changed my review as the company reached out to me and did what they needed to make things right. Offered to return for an in store credit, which was fine.. and the sales associate Aiden was awesome, and understood the issue with berkinstocks and certain feet can’t handle… and saw they were not worn and good shape.. and I ended up getting two pairs of shoes and spent more than my in store credit! He should be manager/owner as the current is very unprofessional! I can’t give 5 stars because of what the manager put me through to get here, but because of todays customer service I’ll give a 4…
Horrible store, will sell you anything, and tell you to try it but will not return after you do. They will say they were worn too long, even when you can see it wasn’t worn at all!
Tell people, no returns ever!… Manager just didn’t want to deal with it…

Thank you to the lovely and patient staff for helping me find my sons new favourite shoes! Our first pass in was a bit of a tantrum for him. The second time was a huge success! He has not stopped testing how fast they are! He is one happy 3 yr old!

The manager working June 18th, 2024 at around 12:30 PM was very rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. When trying to return a pair of shoes, my mother was insulted because of her English. The attitude of this manager paints a terrible picture of the company, and I'd suggest anyone shop at any other place if they don't want to face any discrimination.

A manager here mocked my mother's English when she was just trying to return shoes. I recommend buying your shoes anywhere else, shoes aren't that hard to find that you'd have to shop here.

One staff member was extremely rude when asked about a pair of shoes that were on hold. She spoke with tone, cut me off when I was speaking about what was said on the phone with a different staff member. Also there was no debit or credit available-cash only. Bought the shoes from a different store even though the price was better at Soft Moc, due to the complete lack of customer service. Please do better Devonshire Soft Moc. You have good products and a great selection but I will not be treated like my business doesn’t matter.

Very bad customer serviceSabrina ( the lady in blue hair) was super unprofessional and rude today , her attitude makes me feel unpleasant with this store location . Sabrina took for ever to bring out my item while 2 people were in line has been helped ahead of me, so I was lucky enough to ask help from another employee to pick up my order as Sabrina was behind the counter reorganizing previous orders to show how unprofessional and rude she is again .

The service at this store is top notch! They spend all the needed time with you to help you find what you’re looking for. So polite and kind. Whenever I go there I find something I love and for a great price. I got my children their back to school shoes yesterday. I have purchased shoes for myself as well in the past here so I figured it’s time for a review. After visiting a few shoe stores before this I was so impressed with the service.
