I have been shopping at this shoppers for years, and I have never been so disrespected from someone in the beauty department. Came up to me while I was testing and told me what are you doing I said I'm just testing she said testers don't come in a box and has a price you see. I was so embarrassed I didn't notice that but she did not have to be so rude and give me attitude while saying it. I tried to call to complain because of her I didn't purchase what I wanted but the beauty department never answered when they knew I called.

Quite tired of not being able to talk to anyone on phone at this pharmacy. I cannot renew half of mine and my son's scripts without asking them to fax Dr., I can't ask them to fax Dr. without them answering the phone when I call. Therefore I have to drive 15 mins. there and back each time, just to ask to fax our Dr. As well not too pleased when texted my script is ready only to get there and they tell me I'll have to wait 15 more mins.

What a disgusting display I witnessed in the Rx section of this store! A male and female in this department treated this poor customer like she was a lunatic! She was clearly concerned about her elderly parent who was home alone, stricken with covid. No professionalism, let alone compassion. Absolutely NO customer service, as they continued to antagonize this poor woman. FYI shoppers has the highest dispensing fee. If you have a Costco membership there is no dispensing fee. JS

Been shopping here for years and definately "customer service kindness" is lacking. 1. Went to beauty dept and was told I couldn't purchase anything other than beauty products at the this counter. ( I had a return too in beauty) 2. Had someone help with with beauty products asked for samples for day and night and then 1 other of vitamins c. She gave me a me look and I said their free and I am trying to find a new product. Instead of me buying several products and returning them dont you think better to try? She said we give them to people who are buying things.??? Never heard of that before. The point of samples is to try things first by samples. So uncomfortable now to go here. 3. 2 times on hold at pharmacy over 45 min. Never in years have i waited that long for service. The only reason I am sending because I go here 1 to 3 times a week and really starting to feel uneasy when I go. There are good people in that area but the ones who have not been kind need to do better. Honestly don't send me a generated response. Just try and be more kinder and helpful when someone is looking for a new product. Your experience of products is important thats why I'm asking.

I tried calling to reach the pharmacy, went through the "press 3 for the pharmacy, blah blah" and waited for 14 minutes and no one answered the phone. I called back and pressed to get to customer service and I asked if the pharmacy was open because I was on hold for almost 15 minutes and the woman says "this is the pharmacy what do you need?" I asked her if my Rx was ready for pickup and she tells me they're still working on it. I ask her if it would be ready for pickup in the morning and she says "probably." I said "ok thanks" and she hung up on me! I get you're busy but man, can we just be kind??? I am absolutely done with Shopper's. Will never use their pharmacy again.

Want to give zero stars. Extremely unprofessional and ill mannered makeup staff. Especially Wendy and this other woman, both of whom have worked there for years. Don’t feel like going there because I’m tired of silently suffering the rudeness.

Was looking to find a specific perfume on Saturday evening, I knew the brand ($$) but not the exact perfume. The associate could barely be bothered to assist me. Sampled one, acted like it was a huge task, and then couldn't get one of the drawers open and said oh well, it's probably not one of these anyway, I guess you'll have to figure it out and come back.... no thanks.

Honestly, the store is nice to look at and actually carries fresh products. HOWEVER, the pharmacy is a disaster. They mess up prescriptions, over charge your account, and their system crashes so often its a 50/50 you'll even get anything filled. The staff are rude and dismissive and the management is even worse. It sucks because it's within walking distance, but when your pharmacy nearly unalives you and doesn't give a care about it...it's time for a switch. After 20years, I'm no longer a customer of shoppers pharmacy thanks to them. GO ELSEWHERE.

I am so sick of this pharmacy. Never in my life have I ever seen a pharmacist need 6 hours to fill a script. I've been to other pharmacies and they were just as busy if not more busy than here, and still way faster! 10 minutes max waiting. I'm currently on the phone trying to get through for the 3rd day in a row and I keep getting the annoying "one moment please" for the last frikkin 2 hours now. Complete b.s. I'm switching to sobeys and I will NEVER set foot in this place again. This store needs an internal investigation. Pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. Totally over it now. Way to go shoppers! Way to push your loyal customers away! Pretty soon everyone will switch over somewhere else. Just a matter of time

I have had issues with this pharmacy for years and I have finally had enough. I experienced customer abuse from this pharmacy for the last time. I was leaving for vacation and tried to pick up my medication, but they didn’t have it. Pharmacy assistant rudely told me it was sent back (used for someone else) because I didn’t pick it up soon enough. They told me they would get it ready again and made me wait only to tell me they were out and that it was ‘your fault because you should have picked it up sooner’. The antagonistic tone of the pharmacist was jarring! No one called to tell me that there is a 14 day policy to pick up scripts, and I WAS there to pick it up on Day 14. Truth was they used it to fill someone else’s script and threw an unknown policy at me to justify it. I had to call my doctor to order the script at an out of town pharmacy in order to get my medication. I will NEVER set foot in that Manning Shoppers ever again.

Should really have more people working in pharmacy. It's not hard to fill a prescription, I've worked in pharmacy, it shouldn't take 30 mins - an hour... hire more people.

As of Jan. 1 2023 Pharmacists are able to prescribe medications to treat minor ailments. So I went to Shoppers where the Pharmacist was able to prescribe me the medication I needed, which was fantastic as I did not need to go to a clinic or ER on a Saturday.The Pharmacist went through the motions to prescribe the medication and then proceeded to inform me it would take 3+ hours to fill it...fortunately another Pharmacists was there and overheard him and informed him NO it would not take that long and he filled it right away for me.I have had multiple times where the wait was hours for medications to be filled here.

I called to notify the pharmacy that a drug for my daughter who needs a bone marrow transplant was billed incorrectly and should be billed to odb . The girl I spoke to was on Feb 14 at 1810. She was rude, tried to rush me off the phone , raised her voice at me told me is this all! She’s like just come in and we will figure it out it’s easier I said no it’s not easier last time this happen I sat in the store for an hour and a half I need the billing fixed as these medications are expensive they have to be billed through odb . I said I don’t get why you can just correct it now . She then said fine ! Put me on hold now I have been on hold 15 minutes . I am ready to switch to a smaller and more personal pharmacy .

Your customer service agent Wendy is nasty. She does not represent your store well. She lies about policies and when you correct her on her information as it is not what the receipt indicates she gets even nastier. You could do much better Shoppers. She should be reviewed
