Left my keys on the counter by mistake. I had another set that I took out of my pocket and drove off. I called the gas station and the young muslim pakistani man said no one left keys. The young muslim Pakistani man working the counter kept them. I reported this incident to Shell. I made a police report. I do not recommend this gas station. If they are going to steal my keys I do not trust this gas stations and its employees. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Update: I am not contacting shell again. He STOLE my key (chip) and key fob. It cost me $300 to replace. I did escalate this incident to immigration.

Very bad experience last Sunday, I have to fill the gas and when started the indicator shows 10 dollars already in it, I started to fill it but it just vanished then I fill another approx 20 dollars gas and go for the billing inside and they charge me 30 dollars, I was like what the hell?!!! I have to pay for some one who filled gas before me and the cashier didn't reset his entry?!!!! Gas prices are literally risen up and that's not your fault but how can it be my fault to pay this one up?! Really really bad customer service by the employee. Expecting refund or some compensation, not just give a call to some number or fill out forms as I can see in other reviews.?

I feel bad for the owner of this shell station for how the employees are treating the owner/store and costumers. Every single time I come during night... the employees are on the phone talking in hindi/Punjabi. They are even talking/ laughing on the phone while serving the costumers and didnt even ask me for the airmiles. Even worse is that all the garbage are full by the gas pumps and I hardly find paper. Furthermore, one of the employee called me "painchott" in his language, it means "sister fkr" when I asked him to throw the garbage outside before the wind blows them away. He thought i dont speak hindi. I request the owner to take action on these employees. I am a regular costumer and if they treat me like this again, I will never return. Thank you .

One of the pumps was malfunctioning and after several attempts, I had to switch locations and try a different pump. The next one I used had worn out keypad and screen was blurry. This is not a rating for the staff working but rather the equipment.

I am never going back this place again tomorrow I am going to complain about it to the owner !! Tonight I have experienced the worst customer service ever , I don’t know why he would treat me like that.

I will give 0star if I can.If u want 91 do not come here.Price goes down everywhere expect this station because they ordered to much 91 weeks ago.That’s not customers’ faults.
