Had Ultimate car wash here at shell and the car didn’t got clean dirt still there on car. Employee named “Dhruv” was really incompetent and asked me to come the other day and talk to manager as he couldn’t do anything. When I said what about tomorrow if manager says we don’t identify your car. He said “I can’t help then”. Very bad customer treatment. Should never visit this place.

Good gas station. Gas is cheaper than many other places in town. It's clean and organized. The only negative thing is the workers keep asking me to buy other things like OLG scratch tickets and some other things. Even when I say no thank you they keep asking would you like to buy something else. I feel like I'm in sone Gypsy Market somewhere.

Employees are not simply trained. I went to fill up gas. Just because I was taking out card from my wallet the employee processed other persons request that were standing behind me in line

They don't let me do full tank saying prepare and told me to pay 200$ if tank get full before 200$ fuel extra will be refunded but they didn't refund me extra saying it will be refund within 15 days

These scam artists jack up the price of gasoline every morning and evening right at rush hour. Usually 5-8 cents. Just trying to rob people when they know you'll need gasoline the most. Avoid at all costs. Boycott them.

Decent gas prices but they fill the windshield washer fluid with water and the squeegees are terrible.

This gas station is located in the safest place to live in CANADA, not Ontario but all of CANADA! But you cannot use the pump without prepaying... Let me tell you again, this Shell is located in the number one safest place to live in all of Canada, and........ in -14 weather, you MUST prepay to use the pump.
Don't get me started on using the ATM after midnight because of course... you cannot. The 24hr car wash is also closed after midnight for whatever reason.
Sure am glad I bought these prepaid car washes that I have not been able to use because its a 10 car line up on my way to work and its closed on the way home from work.
Really great service in 2020 by all parties involved. If you are reading this review after midnight, go south down the road 2 km's to the other gas stations that are open with real 24hr FULL SERVICE.
