Bob of SYCO was easy to talk to and very helpful. He made a sound offer for our vehicle and gave good advice on how to approach the sale of the car if we didn't take him up on his offer. We explored our options and discovered that his assessment was fair. Bob checked in on our progress a couple of times. While we ultimately didn't sell our vehicle to SYCO, which was more about our particular circumstances than his offer, I think Bob is honest, fair and knowledgeable.
