Absolutely horrific customer service skills.I come in fairly frequent and not by choice- every time I have asked for help my hair has turned garbage (doing LITERALLY step by step of how they said to).Obviously I get they need to try and upsell the customer but it goes above and beyond and they seriously don’t have any boundaries. If I say I’m OK, I’m ok- I don’t care about what shampoos are on sale because I didn’t go in for shampoo!!!! Read the room!Please to the management - stop forcing your staff to upsell so much and also teach them some stuff before they try selling it. Also you don’t need 10 CSRs in a store so small, can’t even walk.

People are very friendly but I was disappointed with the variety of hair styling tools. Seems the selection is getting smaller.

I went into Sally today looking for a product for my colored blonde hair. I was approached by the assistant manager Melanie who was very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. She helped me select a few products and I really appreciated her help. Thanks Melanie:)

The price increase for wella color charm is a joke. I foolishly just bought a tube for13.79I can order the exact same thing on Amazon for 9.69, delivered to my door for free... Bye bye Sally's, you need to get a clue!

Went in the other day to exchange some products. The white lady with short blonde/grey hair was giving me attitude and I can hear her talking about me as I walked away from the cash register to pick out new products. Extremely unprofessional. I used to go here all the time but not anymore after that experience. Terrible customer service.

Joanne was the woman who helped me today and she is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with instructions on bleaching my hair and how to save it after. I'm so happy with her service and I hope to see her next time! :)

I come here to purchase nail supplies and other beauty products every so often. Selection is okay; more variety available online but items will be refunded if they are unable to be shipped.I was previously offered to be contacted when a product was restocked and provided my info, but never ended up hearing back. I went to check every once in awhile instead and found the product restocked eventually. Other than that one incident, I find the staff to be kind and eager to assist every time I am in store.

i came here today looking to tone my hair, i talked to two ladies who were recommending some products for me, they didnt seem like they had a clue what they were talking about. The product they recommended for me turned my roots a gingery tint and im extremely upset. Do not listen to any of the workers at sallys they have no clue what theyre talking about period. never coming here again.

Its a shame when the staff look at you right in the face and walk right by you without asking for help. Really bad customer service, the cashier didn't even ask how I was doing just if I was a member didn't look me in the eye and was talking to another employee the whole time. To be fair, usually when I come to the store the staff are so friendly and helpful and at this time it was a completely different experience and I will not be returning to this Store as I felt very unwelcomed.

I come in usually once every month or so to stock up on nail supplies and hair dye, and so far I've never had a bad experience. Staff are always smiling and friendly, and when I have questions they've always been very knowledgeable as well.

I love Sally Beauty products but their customer service at this location is lacking. I believe it is the manager that is always rude when I'm there. I went to the store the other day and I knew what I needed. The older lady questioned what I wanted and told me I wouldn't have enough developer. I told her it is what works for me and she then turned to her other employee and gave a snarky look right in front of me. It was just plan rude and disrespectful. Sadly this is the only location near me that have the products I'm looking for but I'm just going to order my stuff online from now on.

This was my first experience today and it was for my partner who needed developer for his hair.As we are walking in one of the lady’s comments and says “ looking for toner?” And he wasn’t. It was rude when she could have just simply asked are you looking for anything specific.Secondly. I myself had just recently got my hair done. I was asked by the second lady how i got the colour. I said i overtoned it to get a light purple knowing it would wash out grey and she said. “ wow what a good mistake.”I have heard comments by my partner saying he doesn’t wanna enter without a hat on and i didn’t understand why but it’s because the girls there are shady and not nice or helpful. They need a reality check in customer service and know what to say when.I won’t be back.

Overall great customer service by Melissa. The only thing I didn't like was when I checked my receipt I noticed I was charged .15 cents for a brown paper bag that was never mentioned that there was a charge. I know it's only. 15 cents but if I would of known that I would of passed on the bag and just carried the stuff out.
