I will NEVER shop at this store ever again.... the manager cares nothing about her customers and only about her sales.so much for customer service I had a online order that was damaged during transit and I was told it was my fault by the Manager because it had dog hair on it(sorry I own a husky and their hair gets everywhere) so now I sit on a 100$ sweater that can't be worn because of something that was out of my control. Thanks roots-A Once Loyal Customer

Purchased a $500 Grad School Cervino and had an issue with it. I went to the store in the mall to speak to the manager who was ill prepared and lacked serious knowledge to assist. She was more interested in getting me out of the store than helping. Told me she would speak to the repair department (not in Windsor) took photos and took my information. I have never heard back. As someone with several roots products including boots, gloves, and this bag, I will never purchase goods again from a company that absolutely lacks not only the knowledge to assist but also the organizational capacity to service. Extremely dissapointed.

My favorite store at the mall! Staff are friendly and helpful. I was a newbie to Roots, so the staff went through their clothing and different sweats available. The fabric of the leisurewear is so soft and comfortable! Their sweatpants and shirts on the back wall of the store are staples that are always there for sale. Then the rest of the store rotates based on the season. I also love their gender neutral clothing and easy size guidelines that go along with it. Items are pricey but you are paying for the quality. Be sure to look through the clearance section, if you are trying to get a deal. The store has shoes, bags, kid/baby sections, along with women/men/gender neutral. A must store for being comfortable but stylish and also sustainably conscious.

Really rude customer sales associate. Pressured me to buy something and proceeded to jokingly insult me but was not funny about it. Literally left asap. Besides that, lovely store :) and everyone is pretty nice.

Above and beyond.We had an incident last month that happened while we were shopping here, and Lauren and Sammy were very helpful. Lauren helped us call 911 and made sure we are safe and ok, and Sammy ran to grab the security, clear the premises, and help the paramedics get to us.We appreciate their help and professionalism throughout the incident. They even checked if we are okay. Their helpfulness and response really helped us get through what happened.Even before the incident, they were already very helpful in explaining what their products are, what discounts and promos are available, and where to find their Canada flag pins.We weren't able to buy anything, but we will remember your helpfulness and professionalism. Thank you, Lauren and Sammy, and thank you, Roots Devonshire Mall for employing these wonderful people.
