This was my second experience at this store, and unfortunately it was disappointing again.
I already have a Rogers plan, but the staff did not treat me respectfully.
I only asked a simple question, yet they asked for four different ID cards, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
Customer service should be more professional and respectful. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.

I just bought a cell phone and a plan with Rogers and had the most wonderful rep, Tiba, helping me. Thank you Tiba for making my purchase experience so seamless and top-notch!!

I had a very disappointing experience with the store manager, Sakim. He was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Even though he was wearing a Rogers T-shirt and the entire store is branded as Rogers, he kept saying they don’t work for Rogers. This was confusing and unprofessional. Very poor customer service.

Rogers customer service stinks. They charged me for a device that i returned and now trying to get close to 200$ back from them is impossible. Called their support number MANY times only to be told system was too busy and they disconnect you, very, very frustrating

Came to this location to get an idea of how much it would cost me for a phone/internet plan with them. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Tiba and had her assist me with prices and finding the best deal. She was very kind, patient and helpful with explaining the different internet speeds and which would best suit my needs. The process was seamless and she was knowledgeable on the different plans they had available. I will probably upgrade my internet to a faster speed soon as the one I got is too slow for my preference, but all in all, I will be coming back to see her to upgrade my plan! :)
