Customer service is outstandingI bought 2 pairs of jeans because they are so comfortable. When I got home I realized I had 2 different sizes. I had a few busy weeks and couldn’t get back to exchange until Thursday. As we all know with Ricky’s no sale is ever final, An exchange without any problems and an amazing sales person with Exceptional customer service.I love shopping at Ricky’s it is my favourite place. What a great place to fill your wardrobe!! The staff if very friendly and willing to help put your favourite outfit together for any occasion!! Always a bargain there too!! And no sale is ever final!! I've shopped here for many years and definitely will go back!! Anna is always so helpful and kind....the person to connect with when you go in!!!!!

Yesterday, I saw via your email, that Ricki's now has skirts again! They have been so hard to find the last few years. So I came in with a couple of my friends. We each found a skirt! Mine came with a jacket but one had to be ordered in my size. So I am waiting to wear it when the jacket comes in. We were all so pleased. Also, Anna was so helpful and accomodating!

Sales associate Anna at the Windsor Tecumseh Mall location always goes above and beyond with her stellar customer service. She always has great recommendations and makes clothes shopping a fun experience. Her enthusiasm and passion for fashion is contagious!!!
