Pharmacy is horrible. Dont bother calling youll wait close to an hour just to hang up in frustration. This Pharmacy needs some serious help!

Terrible service from Pharmacy - was told they would deliver since they didn’t have what I needed in stock. Then didn’t deliver and didn’t even call me. No deliveries after 2pm.

I loved this clinic until I had to deal with this one Indian female Doctor. We get it your a doctor your qualified, but if someone is asking you about certain shots and how the process of receiving information works you with all your qualifications should be able to understand that it’s normal to ask questions. Dirty looks and attempts to make someone “feel” stupid aren't a part of the checkup. I understand that your culture has an attitude and false entitlement issue but I'm not the one. As I was saying that I am a Dental hygiene student she tried to dismiss it and discredit the program which is not an easy program. Sorry I’m not a Doctor. Insecurity shined heavy from her because she knows she is nothing outside of her education but annoying.

Clinic hours are 9-12 but dont accept people after 11:30. Need to change the clinic hours to 9-11:30 since they dont take anyone after 11:30.

The pharmacy staff here are absolutely amazing. They have consistently gone above and beyond to help me on more than 1 occasion. So happy I moved my prescriptions over from Shoppers.

I took my disabled wife and granddaughter in for their 4th covid shot only to be treated with extreme rudeness. I called the store first to check on the shot availability and the recording said no appointment needed but when I got there it was a different story! I was told that it was going to be a wait by priority but there was nobody there waiting. When I questioned it they said they needed to fill orders. So I asked for the manager who gave me attitude and as I tried to discuss it with her she told me that I could leave. I then called a short time later to get names of the manager and pharmacy staff but this time the assistant manager answered the call at which time he told me that they had to mix the vaccine which can take take 10 minutes. Seems like they can't get their story straight... Needless to say I was refused the pharmacy staffs name. After I left I went to shoppers drug mart across the street and was in and out in no time and all without anattitude as it should be.I will never go into that store again to be treated so badly! A friend of mine also reiterated the same treatment and he stopped going there long ago.Here we are 2 days later and now I've been trespassed from this store. That's right trespassed so a business can mistreat you and if you try to challenge them in anyway they can get rid of you that easy! No accountability!

FYI-WEBSITE NEEDS UPDATING!Today is Thursday, July 14, 2022.I called to see if the walk-in was available and I was told it closed in January.
