If I could give a 0 out of 5 I probably would. Myself and my fiancé went in to get our dog some raw dog food as they had a 15% off Black Friday sale, as well as 50% off some winter doggo outfits.Had about 10-15 mins before they closed. (Which I get we showed up late, people want to go home, I respect that) but they let us both know probably 8+ times that they close while we were in the store.And once again at the cash, just a brutal rude attitude. Let us know again that they close at 6, and next time we come in to make sure we don’t leave it to “crunch time” as he called it.I literally looked at my phone as he said this and just turned 6:01pm as my screen lit up. I deal with customers everyday and wouldn’t care about an extra 60 seconds.Definitely better customer service elsewhere ?

The selection and price at this store are why we keep coming back. They've got a great selection of products that aren't a Petsmart and the staff has always been really kind to us and our dog. They also carry some great professional sized and quality grooming supplies as well.

Jade and Shanna are incredible! Their customer service is unmatched. We brought in our three month old puppy who immediately became obsessed with both of them. They took the time to walk around the store with him so that way he would actually leave their side lol. Even went to the back to get special treats for him. These two employees are the reason we will forever be going to Ren’s
