Beautiful job! Clean work and thin gel nails which makes them look so natural. She was a perfectionist. Absolutely recommend!

did not dry my nails and chipped the day of there was a lang barrie, they were talking about us, and about the way our nails looked. I found this out by using my translator app.. bullying IS NOT OK! my feelings were devoured also they could have been a bit more gentle with my beloved hands a couple weeks later I got acrylic nails and they only lasted 2 days and I was told they should stay for 2 weeks. IT WAS WAY OVER PRICE for the stuff they did. The vibe was weird too because they were talking about me! Also very sloppy service. I was told from others. They are liars and thieves. I had very very disappointing experience . DO BETTER regal .

Went to regal nails the other day, my regular place was closed. I was squeezed in at the end of the day. The lady that did my nails was very polite and patient with me and did a wonderful job on my nails. I didn't catch her name but I liked her a lot. I was originally going for a different look but ended up getting a more natural look instead and i love it! I'll be back for sure

Regal Nails are the best nail salon I’ve ever tried in Windsor. Emely and Jenny took me at last minute where I didn’t have an appointment and they did not disappoint me. I really appreciate their time. I felt so relieved and relaxed after my manicure and pedicure. I’ve tried a lot but their services were the best. This is my fifth time and I loved it. I do recommend you to try them once and you won’t regret it :)

This is the worst place I ever, I been coming here for months and I never leave happy the nail polish it peels off they don’t even paint your whole nail!!! they should put young woman no old woman they even take there time they rush!!! Do not go here. Customer service is sloppy and they are thieves and liars. They do not tell you at all about the extra charges until right before you are about to pay--this is after they charged for a shellac pedicure I never asked for in the first place. The woman in charge wouldn't even look up or look me in the eye when i was disputing the charge. Just shrugged and moved on. The girl doing my manicure did not take her time. She rushed the whole way through due to at least 4 other clients they kept waiting for over half an hour because they completly forgot about the appointments they had made and double-booked themselves. The clients were visibly annoyed and offered to come back another time and yet were told to come back in 20 minutes. When the clients came back THIRTY minutes later, they still were made to wait for at least another 20 minutes. I had a picture of what I wanted done and if not for the fact that I was keeping an eye on what she was doing, she would have given me a completely wrong design (this after telling me that she didn't need to look at the picture when I asked-twice- if she wanted to take a look for reference). This was the 2nd and last time I will ever go there and I would never recommend this to anyone looking for decent customer service. The first time I went, I was made to wait 30 minutes past my booked time while they stood around chit-chatting with friends and family that rolled through. If I hadn't spoken up and attempted to leave, they would've kept right on going. They have no respect for people's time. All that to say: Do. Not. Go. to. This. Place.
