I called ahead to get my shellac nail paint removed. Explained to them that I need to be at work so I need to leave in time . Firstly they attended me 5 mins later then my appointment time. They don’t even acknowledge you as a customer , basics of customer service don’t exist. I get it they chat in their own language. But like all the time infront of customers. Zero communication with the customer who is in front of them . It’s extreme rudeness. They blamed it on me saying I dint tell them that I wanted to remove polish by dipping instead of roller but at start of appointment when she explained that dipping takes longer I told her to do whatever makes it faster. Seems like she dint get what I said which is obvious as they are too busy chatting with each other in their own language.Instead they left my nails with nail paint still on in corners of every nail and no filing. I had to get to work with those unfinished nails . Like say no if you can’t do it but don’t give that poor service . Charged me full price and then blame it all on me at the end.

Just watched an employee walk out of the bathroom stall, out of the bathroom and back to the salon without washing her hands. Unsanitary, don't come here.

I have gone many places for pedicures in my adult life. I was recommended Regal Nails by my son’s hairdresser. I met Julia at my first appointment. All I can say is Julia is THE BEST. It’s an amazing experience from start to finish. Regal nails is clean, they’re professional and they listen to what you’d like. If you want an amazing pedicure or manicure or both, definitely try Regal nails. You won’t be disappointed .

Julie does good work however the other woman at the salon are really horrible at their job; really rough with your hands and nails. The woman I had Len was like she was angry at her husband and taking her frustrations out on my hand. The nail polish I chose expired, and when I asked her about it, she said "no it’s brand new" as I watched her put nail polish remover to thin it out. The nails were so lumpy and bumpy that it was not even worth the money I spent on them. The only reason I gave three stars is because , Julie is an exceptional nail artist

Have been going here for years. Will never go anywhere else. Knowledgable, incredibly friendly staff and so talented! It's just like spending an hour with your friend group, laughs, conversation. Can't beat the atmosphere. The techs can do pretty well any kind of look or design you want. I work with kids and they are always thrilled and impressed by my holiday designs! Staff have an incredible knack for suggestions and advice if you are new to the process and aren't sure what you'd like. The premises is always clean and organized. It's incredibly easy to make an appointment in time for special events and apppointments are super reliable.Try them out, you will not be disappointed!

Regal Nails has great service and all the workers are extremely kind.Stylist: Lee does my nails and she is amazing! She always makes them look good and what I ask for as well as does it fast.

I’ve been seeing Lee for my nails almost 20 years. When she’s on vacation any one of her girls are a great replacement. Whatever your needs regal nails will take care of you. Prices are fair, even could say there prices are on the cheaper side in my opinion. Once you give them a try you will definitely be back! Don’t forget to bring your little ones they are also kid friendly! Below are some of the nails we have gotten for special occasions like wedding nails, halloween nails etc.
