The older people at Superstore that have been there for over 30 years have no respect for their younger workers first night I started working a gentleman yelling at all of the young kids because he was on a power trip went to the office to discuss the matters and nothing was taken care of it's very sad and very scary how it hard it is to find a job when you have people that win their longer than you've been alive and don't respect you from the get-go

I'm really puzzled as to why they seem to have an issue with the letter F! I couldn't find a single cup with the first letter of my name—not just in this store, but in every store I've checked. It's frustrating. Do they think names that start with F aren't important?

Okay I'm 50 with a bad heart. You guys are unbelievable rude and your staff are mean. My water machine broke. I had ten yes ten of there water jugs. I wanted to return them because my machine broke. Nope we can give you a ticket for more water she said. I said for ten. I would like to return them and get two. The lady said no refund I can give you a ticket for more water. Are you kidding me. My machine is broken. I don't want your water then. They were in the wrong and I'm the bad guy. You treat you customers like dirt. You just totally treated a old Christian man like dirt. I hope you are happy. I will drop all your bottles off and be done with you. And everyone in my family and friends will here about how you treat your customers and they will be done with this business also. Every two weeks for three years I spent over three hundred every visit. NO More BAD BUSINESS

Prices are getting out of hand, we shop early, and they only have 1 checkout open, so the line is usually long. We've been shopping there for years and are now going to look for somewhere else to shop. And the store manager is a jerk and that's putting it nicely.

This is my local grocery store and I am glad it is there, but over the years the selection keeps getting diminished. A large part of the food area was taken over by cheap clothes. They no longer sell hot peppers by the piece - you have to buy a foam-tray with 10 peppers. Other than that, they do have some pretty good ethnic selections including excellent PC ginger beer. There is also a pretty robust section for organic/gluten-free/dairy free/"healthy" stuff.

i usually love the pre made food. not this time. got the chicken parm and rigstoni, $8 for a meal!! yum!! WRONG. i literally got salmonella poisoning from the raw chicken cutlet that i didnt even eat because i cut into it to warm it up and saw that it was pink :D i ate the noodles anyway (my own fault) and ive had the worst 4 days of my life D: DONT EAT RAW MEAT OR ANYTHING IT TOUCHES. cook your chicken to at least 165° guys cmon.

My favourite grocery store, just wish they didn’t hide their shopping bags at self checkout and make you beg the staff every time for a $0.35 bag I already paid for. Makes bagging items stressful for me as I have to spend extra time bagging after checkout when I could’ve been doing that at while checking out
