They never call back. I left 3 messages a week apart, no callback. Finally got a hold of someone to oder the part I need. Took a month to order a part, was told it was in went to get it and no one knew what I was talking about told I was getting a call back same day, it's been almost two weeks. Wouldn't recommend them ever after this. And still no part

Very bad service, destroyed my Vizio TV, which was crashing once a month and after replacing the mother board woth a defective one, it crashes every 10 mins. I called the guy Elias Massara, to install back my original mother board, he never picks up my calls and is a SCAM

The worst place to get your tv fixed don’t go there scammers had my tv less then a week after he said he fixed it but made it worst now took $600 to fix the tv I would not recommend this place at all

Andy was sent by Costco to repair my LG television under warranty. Andy arrived on time. He was polite and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done and he had all the parts. He tested everything to make sure that it all worked. He even showed me how to reprogram my remote should I have to replace one in the future. I have to say that I am very satisfied and that I highly recommend him.

Uses used parts at new prices, had backlights replaced "all brand new" lenses started to fall off after 90 days of course.(lg won't do anything, don't think he even called) replaces with all new backlights. lasted 8 months. more then happy to take more money to look at it. my tv or used backlights I know what I think.

I had a 1 year old tv that failed, black screen with working power light. I took the tv into Quick TV for service and it was repaired in 2 weeks for just under $400.00. It all seemed good the first time around. I got the tv back and 70 days later it did the same thing. I called and asked about it and they told me only then that they provide a 90 day warranty and I rushed the tv into them for the second repair. 2 weeks went by and I received no calls or info, so I called them. I was told that they could not give me an update since the owner was working on my tv and did not update them. I was told to call back in a few days. This continued for 2 months with me calling almost every week. I asked for the owner to call and he did not repeatedly. They told me to call him in the early evening as that is when he is in, and he was never in and no updates available. Finally after 2 months they called to tell me it was fixed. I picked it up and 4 days later it did the same thing. I have called twice now and they say the owner has to be contacted as they don't know what to do next and he would call me. So far no calls. Worst place I have ever paid for service.Update: May 27, 2021Ofcourse you do not have any service records for RotaryNine. Obviously this is not my real name. But good job at replying to my review 2 years after I posted it. I can see that after 2 years your customer service skills have still not improved.

I have had my tv there 2 times for repair and it has failed both times. Poor to no communication. In the end I have paid 400 for repair its still not working and now the owner will not call me back

I was assigned to Quick TV for a Geek Squad warranty claim. I am not in Windsor and the employees refused to work with me to set up an in-home appointment. Additionally, I have been told multiple times that I would receive a return phone call within a week and heard nothing. This company has wasted my time for over 2 months now.

They have had our TV for over 2 months, always get the run around as to why its taking so long, They say they are waiting on parts but then suddenly had it fixed the day after my husband yelled at them. We brought it home and it worked for a half an hour then broke again. When we called they said they didn't test the TV because we were rushing them. We just wanted a refund and they refused and said they could only fix it again. It has now been 3 more weeks and same run around. AVOID THSI PLACE!!

They had my parents tv for a couple months. They didn't return any calls and kept saying they were waiting for parts. It was going to cost over 500.00. My Dad finally got tired of the run around took it somewhere else and was told it was cheaper to buy a tv. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Very poor service! I only gave one star because I can't do a zero star review
