Have waited 3 days for a delivery and the call center is useless. Still do not have my package!!!!

I missed the early morning deliveries for 2 days. After I made phone call, the driver was able to come back to bring me the package. I appreciated their effort.

This delivery company, the driver indicated im not at home while i received the message while sitting at home waiting for the product. Then they didnt leave the product again the pickup spot neither left any slip to go back and pick the product. Then today when i went it, its out for delivery(!) even tho i received the pickup notice tomorrow. This delivery company is the absolute worst one that there is. Driver lies about delivering product and customer care knows nothing and they are just sitting there to say “sorry we dont know” on repeat and nothing else. Worst service that there is

I haven't had a problem with this place. Works really good when you don't know if you're going to be at a destination for parcel, works really well for hold for pickup.

Drivers apparently can't read house numbers. I live in a complex with 7 units all they have to do is be able to count as high as seven.

This Purolator is at the convenience store. Staff is nice and never has any errors with returns or pickups

Package was not delivered to the address given, upon receiving the slip with no call, I went to the facility to receive the package at roughly 6:30pm. Upon arriving I was questioned for identification, that was provided promptly, (all normal to this point) after proper identification the woman behind the counter continued to question the address given, asked for a lease agreement to the address? It's a shipping address and my home. Questioned me as to the package contents? (That's not your business and there's an invoice attached with a picture of a computer case on the side of the box? Fairly straightforward.)Then continued on accusing me of fraudulent activity on my own credit card? all while the package with my name on it, which I payed to have delivered to me as the customer sat on the counter with my ID on top of it. Which I also should add she had scanned out sometime during these unnecessary questions. What the difficulty was in releasing the package I had sent to me with my name on it I'm not exactly sure considering the only person with any right to complain about it is me. Accusing people of criminal activity or attempting to withhold their property as some sort of threat or game even after identification is not part of any company policy I'm sorry, and it's flat out unacceptable behavior. Would love to give you my tracking number. If I behaved in this manner at my workplace I would have been replaced long ago and rightly so.

Purolator never rings my bell nor knocks when I have to sign for a packaging. Every time I am home. Takes 45 min to talk to a person on their customer service line. To be honest the worst customer service ever!

This is the facility in Windsor Ontario. During a delivery with a tall box truck, The driver and spotter both didn’t see my over head electrical wires, back into it and damaged it. I called to complain, the call centre was very nice and took the complaint and apologized to me, said the manager of the local purolator would contact me. I had to call back 2 more times for the manager to contact me. Their manager was rude and condescending, says “my guys said they never touched it”. Said if I didn’t have video proof then his guys didn’t do it. I asked for a copy of his incident report, they wrote back “we will not be providing a copy of the report”.So BEWARE, purolator don’t hold their employees accountable, if you don’t have it on video, then they didn’t do it. They need to start hiring people with integrity and driving skills.Try not to use them unless you have surveillance on ur property!

Very quick service. Responsive and fast employees. Very quick and to answer any questions.Best part is Their working hours are very good. One can easily take care of their business after 5pm.

Received text msg saying delivery was today. Waited all day and received nothing. As of this message at 5:20 pm. It now says delivery delayed and delivery date isEstimated Wed. Nov. 8.My days are wasted waiting for a delivery that never occurs on date posted. This happens every time a parcel is sent thru Purolater. If I knew delivery was going to be by it his company I would not have made the purchase as this is a constant problem with their notification system.
