Maya was very knowledgeable of products in the Dougal Ave. store in Windsor, ON. She was very calm and patient in answering the many questions I asked. I could appreciate the fact that she truly believed in the nutritional value of using supplements and she was able to evaluate what was more suitable to individuals. As a retired registered nurse (40 yrs. practised ) I was very impressed with her willingness to share her keen awareness of the many products. And there was certainly a large selection! Found displays very appealing and store immaculately clean! My, there was a calming effect with the amazing fish pond at the entrance to the store! Thank- you Maya for such a pleasant experience and yes I am using my new purchases!!

I go there all the time to get my probiotics. Recently I went in there for some magnesium that my doctor had told me to grab. Also my doctor was telling me about beat root extract. Anyway I gave them a phone call and they were very knowledgeable on the phone. And that means a lot to me. The last thing I want to hear is you might want to try this. It means a lot to me when I get somebody on the phone who actually knows what they're talking about. When I go into the store they are always so friendly and eager to help you find exactly what you need for your health care. Places like this have their hands tied for advertising. The Canadian government is making it hard for homeopathic medicines. They definitely don't want people fixing their elements without government assistance. And that's why we need to keep businesses like this going. Thank you to everyone at this Location on dougal. You guys are amazing.

Store is so clean , organized, offers variety of selection . I was even surprised they have a garden with pond inside the store .Staff are friendly and accommodating especially Shawn .Seems interesting all there natural products . I’ll probably come back to check more details .
