Ashley McMillian was a dream to work with. She went above and beyond in every capacity to make sure I had a good experience and understood how my car works!

Took my 200 in because my service airbag light was on. Another mechanic had advised me what the issue was and that the dealership has to fix it. Provincial Chrysler confirmed the diagnostic and claims they fixed it. A week and a half later the light came back on. Took it back in and they said the first time it was the drivers airbag, and it never showed the passenger airbag as having an issue but now it is apparently. So they fixed that now, or so they claim. 1 day later my airbag light is back on AGAIN. I'll be going back when they are open to either demand a full refund, or that they actually fix the problem right then and there free of charge. I've spent hundreds of dollars over several visits now and the problem still isn't fixed.

I bought a new Durango as an anniversary gift for my wife. The staff made sure everything was in place and ready to give it to her on time on our anniversary. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain options of financing and what would work best for me.
Very easy to work with

Great customer service from start to finish on my Ram 1500 EcoDiesel. I bought the vehicle used from London so when it started making a whining noise I decided to take it to a dodge dealer in Windsor. I’m from London originally so I asked on Facebook for recommendations and Provincial came back with high regard.
Turns out the whining was caused by a bad gasket which was unfortunately connected to a very expensive part (diesel particulate filter - DPF). They warned me that there was a chance the techs may have to damage the DPF to get at the gasket which could mean having to buy a new DPF for several thousand dollars.
We crossed our fingers and hoped for the best but unfortunately they did damage the DPF. However instead of being “parts swappers” like many dealerships are, they offered an alternative solution and actually sent my truck to a muffler place to have it welded and save me thousands.
Very pleased with the level of customer service and the willingness to not just shrug and say “oh well guess you gotta buy a $3000 part!” But to actually go out of their way to find a more economical solution.
Very pleased from start to finish with everyone I interacted with - but namely Jodi in the service department who communicated everything throughout the process via text.
The two ladies (one lady and one young woman) at the desk where I paid were also extremely friendly.
All in all an excellent experience that goes against the broad reputation of dealerships to be impersonal part swappers who won’t take the time to do a proper repair.
Excellent experience.

We're buying a new van and my husband wanted me to see a colour that was on the lot at Provincial. We planned to buy the van at our local dealer. We were greeted right away and the Car Dealer, who was new, was quite helpful in answering question. If we didn't have a relationship with the other dealer, we would have gone with this guy. I think his name was Darrin. If you need a new vehicle, stop in and see him.

I had to bring my truck into the collision centre after someone hit it in a parking lot. From the first call and all through the process Lidija Lopez and her team went above and beyond in customer service!!! Always friendly and acted quickly with phone calls and pick up service!!! I strongly recommend Provincial Chrysler.

Purchased an Alfa Romeo from Provincial Chrysler. Murad was the sale representative that I dealt with. He was professional, knowledgeable and a very easy person to deal with. Given the distance between the dealership and myself he made buying the vehicle a simple and easy transaction. He personally picked me up at the train station when we arrived and everything we had discussed in terms of the purchase and vehicle was done and completed upon arrival at the dealership. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from Murad in the future.

For a service intake that was schedule 2 weeks prior, the number of things that went wrong is highly revealing.
a) The amount of scheduled service was substantial, into thousands of dollars, but required parts were not ordered until AFTER the vehicle was in the bay, even though it was known the vehicle was going to be brought in and had been scheduled. And when asked if this was an issue by the service rep, they seemed surprised when I commented that I would have to make alternative arrangements for transport since they have my car, and not everyone in the world owns two cars.
b) The follow-up for when the work was done was lacking and I had to chase down an alternate service rep who made the arrangements to get me details, and then arranged for a shuttle pick up by Uber.
c) Two Uber shuttle pickups were required because the first one magically disappeared without a trace even though it was supposed to be "completed" and the second received bad directions meaning it took almost 15 minutes for them to find me standing out in front of our offices and were barely 400 yards away.
d) The actual follow-up from the primary service rep that my vehicle was finished occurred by phone when I had gotten into the second Uber and was going to make my way to Provincial. Had I waited for this actual follow-up, the probability of getting a ride and making to the bay prior to closing at 5pm would have been highly problematic, meaning I could have been without a vehicle for ANOTHER day.
e) Last - security. The keys to my vehicle were NOT with the cashier as per normal. They were on the dash of my car, which was in front of the service bays, accessible to ANYONE who wanted to approach it. The window to the car was OPEN meaning you reach in , grab the keys, get in, start the car and you're off.
This is the literal worst level of service support I have ever seen in a dealership service bay in 40 years.
Oh, and don't bother responding with "We're sorry about your experience"...you're way past that being anything other than PR damage control.
