Sad Day my wife received an email discount coupon for her birthday December 24/2024 like every other year she has used it in the past
but on December 30 we go into the store located roadhouse center…She can not use this birthday coupon because it tell them they 1. can’t get into the system for the discount and 2. the other salesperson it was used already. In Reply it was not used. Today they made my wife feel like she was trying to defaud them. So ends going to Pennngtons store ever again. Also

Went to the store today and will never return!!! The service I received was unacceptable. I purchased on bra and was going to order one, all I asked was if it didn't fit could I return, the attendant sarcastically said I should have been fitted if I am worried so I told her I already know my size but sometimes I flucuate in sizes(because I'm fat! ). I wasn't rude in the least even though she was. I was handed my bra without a bag and was not offered one. I said am I not allowed a bag and she charged me 25¢, did not say thank you, come again, nothing. I did not deserve this treatment. I can't believe I paid $60 for a bra and was expected to just carry it out. Get new staff! I think I had a manager!!

Brode is awesome. Jackie and brode always help me with fashion choices whether it’s new arrival or clearance . I rate penningtons five stars. Their customer service is above all other stores. Thank you for helping me.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Was just there. I went looking for a specific bra that I bought about 3 months ago. I also tried on a dress but needed a different size.
The service was horrible. There were 4 of us ladies in the fit rooms and not once did anyone come and help us. There was a lady there with her husband and she had to ask him to get her the different size she needed as no one came to see if she was doing okay.
This happened the last time I was in this location. The service is horrible in this location. It doesn't matter what time of day you are in.
I only bought the bra as I needed it and left the dress I was also going to buy as it is my birthday month.
When I complained about the service, the older black lady was very snippy. She just offered excuses as why there was no service.
I will now drive to Chatham or London to shop at Pennington's and never shop at the Windsor location again. I wish Additionelle never closed as they always had great service.

I called in and was not helped at all. Asked a question about a bra and the associate who answered the phone didn’t seem like she wanted to even take a look at something for me. Thanks a lot! ?

All the clothes are old lady clothing no style at all...when I was younger this store had style...this year I was very dissapointed!!!!

Worst customer service ever!! I will never shop at Penningtons at the Roundhouse again. The staff do not know their product and they were rude.

Walked into the store and had no one said Hello and the whole time i was there no one helped me. I got my own change room. For really being the only place that sells Plue size clothing you would think that they would be better in what they do. This isn't the first time I have been in there and had no one greet me or help me. I would go some where else but there is no where. Customer service is the most important part of there job

Prices are quite high, and not all us big girls are 65+. Your styles are postively ancient. Keyhole neckline, paisley. People need to wear this stuff in public you know. Do better please.

Went in with my sister to buy some clothes. Jackie was a wonderful associate there, she helped my sister for nearly an hour find everything she needed and made sure it fit. Great staff and very friendly.
