Bought a bbq from here several years ago. When it came time to upgrade we ended up going to Costco and getting a similar model if not the same for cheaper.
Several years later, I decided I wanted to purchase a smoker.
Peavy Mart has them on sale in Essex so I decided to try local. When asking if they would price match, the owners response was that this is their last one and someone else will come in and pay full price.
It's perfectly fine to be more money, but there's usually a trade-off, whether it be warranty, customer service, something else. But in this case, it's purely transactional.
This left a horrible taste in my mouth, no pun intended, and I would not recommend anybody to patio palace after this experience.
If you're going to charge more money than your competitors offer a different experience that they're not going to be able to get from your competitors, this did not happen here.
Price matching your competitor at a price $100 less than your asking price could have resulted in a continued lasting relationship, maybe a five star review, and a thriving recommendation.
My thoughts, something to consider in the future.

Patio Palace has provided fireplace parts, information, service resources and obtained necessary information where others have either failed to respond or say ‘can’t get it’. Paul has been very helpful and Linda has been outstanding in sourcing parts.

Paid and was to pick up a item from Linda stated time to do pick up was on my way was told she had left and the item was sold to a family member had to complain and wait for money to be returned. Very disapointed

Shopped around then ultimately chose a modern gas fireplace from Patio Palace in Windsor. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff with competitive pricing. Installed by experts who were efficient and tidy.Highly recommend!

I had a problem with my fireplace and Paul front Patio Palace talked over all of the possible fixes over the phone. He even had me send pictures of parts of the fireplace and guided me on pros and cons of replacing old parts or getting a new fireplace. I could tell that he loves his craft, and was not in a hurry to get to the next caller or his next thing. I know one thing, my next fireplace purchase will be from Patio Palace.

Have purchased 2 Broil King BBQ in the last 28 yr. both have worked great, was in need of replacement part, email was handled fast, was able to purchase replacement FLAV_R_WAVE part, They even took my old part to recycle, are an excellent company to deal with

Over priced. Management is difficult. Mid grade furniture. 2 warehouse guys helping me load truck, I ended up doing most the work myself, did not trust them. They made me walk to rear warehouse for some cardboard to protect furniture. Over all not good experience. I don’t recommend.

I purchased patio furniture from Patio Palace and had a great experience. Not only did they carry the best quality furniture but they were so helpful and informative in helping me furnish my entire backyard. Debra, the sales person was so pleasant and helpful to deal with and was extremely patient with my many requests, changes and questions. I would very much recommend Patio Palace for both customer service and quality of furniture.

Called in to see if my BBQ that I purchased from them could be switched from propane to natural gas. The person who picked up quickly answered with a no, I had the website pulled up that said it had the option of doing either. I called the BBQ manufacturer support center and the person there said it was possible all that was needed was the model number to ensure the correct part was ordered.
