If I could give Packaging Depot 10 out of 5, I would. I was in a bind and needed immediate assistance in order to send 3 FedEx parcels out. Not only did the staff help get the packages out but they did it with a smile, patience, and even offered WIFI. Truly happy with my experience.

Took 4 days to scan a parcel I dropped off, costed me $30 in late fees. Do not come here.

Not impressed my daughter calls to see how much it is to pick up her package as she has to send a family friend to pick it up and the guy refused to tell her and was very rude to her. Not good customer service skills at all. My daughter deals with extremely bad anxiety and has a hard time calling places due to that. This is not something she should have to deal with from a company she is giving her money too. Especially when it didn't even come any quicker than regular postage.
