Just as their title states - OK Tire
I will say their customer service was excellent. I did not have any issues ordering the tires.
However, I had to go back 3 times because an auto tech screwed up the valves. If I had to go back once, I would chalk it up and acknowledge mistakes happen, but 3 times in a row...
I experience the same reoccurring issue more than once; that is not beneficial to me if it inconveniences me more than once.
Now, I go somewhere else to get everything done (including quotes), even if it does involve spending more money.
It's a shame; I really liked their customer service; if they can match that work that is being performed in the shop, I would recommend this place.

Been going here for years, all my vehicles. Great service, competitive pricing, friendly, honest, and accommodating. They check all the boxes. Dave, Lawrence and the staff are great to work with. Highly recommend!

I got some custom exhaust work done here and they did a great job. I was told by 3 other shops that what I wanted couldn't be done but ok tire proved them all wrong and the results were just what I was looking for. Thanks for doing such a great job.

Wife had a huge screw in her tire. They patched it up very quickly. Wife didn't even have to take our son out of his car seat! Affordable too. Highly recommend
