I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue and thoroughly enjoying this vehicle. My sales consultant ,Saif, was instrumental in building my trust in Nissan as I have never owned one previously. He was so polite, professional and personable. He answered every question, introduced me to all the features and made sure I felt good in the vehicle.

Mitchell Baldassi is extremely dishonest and selfish, he lied at every chance he got despite not even having a clear incentive to. I am not kidding, all that he had to do was take 30 seconds of his time to follow through on his promises, and despite constant reminders to, he did not. He did give me the vibe of someone who would do something like that, to be honest. When I told him in the interview that besides its immorality, I didn't want to lie to my customers because I saw that as a get-out-of-jail free card, he didn't seem hyper-enthusiastic (to say the least). Thankfully, this honesty may of led me to dodge a bullet from working here. Do not work here and do not buy from here if Mitchell is involved in your purchase. 'Izzy' was nice though.
EDIT POST-REPLY: Their reply is FALSE. They told me I would be contacted by the end of the month (in that case, July) whether I was hired OR NOT. Not only are there are no Indeed messages saying that I acknowledge that they wouldn't contact me (which is what they said in the reply, attached as a photo in case they edit/delete their reply), but here is in fact photo proof that I told them I was expecting to hear back either way! Which is exactly what Mitchell Baldassi told me. Then I went in around the beginning of August after they failed to keep their promise the first time, and they said it was pushed back to middle of August and they would let me know around then. I then went in a couple weeks later and Izzy said that Mitch went in another direction, unable to specify what that meant, but apparently it is fine to say that now. So twice he was supposed to call me either way (takes 30 seconds) and TWICE he didn't. Then I was advised to send him an email, which was very nice of me to do and thought out; no answer of course. Now they are here being snarky AND Lying in the comments/reply section. Nice try though, I kept receipts.
You did not 'make the right decision' by getting called out for your lying. You just showed your true colors to the public. Shouldn't of lied in that reply!

I needed a new key fob. The service department said would take an hour service time plus parts and booked me for 10:30 am Aug. 22. I showed up and was told that there was a wait. I was informed that they couldn't say how long it would take and offered me a shuttle home. I couldn't do that because I needed the car by 12:30. They not do the service in the time allowed and were overbooked. I left and returned home. No Service. I drove in from LaSalle only to waste my morning.

I recently drove from London to Windsor and noticed something loose under my car. I brought my car into the Nissan dealership at the last minute, hoping they could help me out. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and assisted me with no questions asked.
I am extremely thankful to them... They definitely went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe to drive and are one of the reasons Im glad I bought from Nissan in the first place.

Had small leak after fluid a change. When I brought it back in they were open, honest and fixed it right then and there. "Stand by their work" This far exceeded the level of service I expected. My faith in this Nissan dealership is reaffirmed.

I wish there is negative rating.
- Starting from service booking for my existing Nissan service. Always have to call 4 to 5 times to get appointment booking. When ever I share feedback that I left voice msg and didn't get call back. Reply - we always check but unfortunately had some recent system issues. Even shared this with service manager and result zero
- Thought to upgrade / lease 2nd car and stay with Nissan. Got quote of $x monthly lease and hoping to get better deal after trade in. Understood later, dealer can't get good price because all models before 2020 have CVT issue so wholesaler not paying good amount. Epic - Nissan 1st build bad vehicles and then can't even get deal when going through them. Sales person msg me and insisted to come with family so we can choose car and done the deal without giving me final number in advance even asked few times. After I visited again with booked appointment. Sales person was with a walk in customer and made me wait almost an hour. When I mentioned this he was all excuses and how he could asked his walk in customer to wait for a booked appointment customer. He also said that customer was here to buy car (as if I was there for fun & waste of time - peak of unprofessionalism). Cut short, at end of meeting when I said I can do $xx lease, he and his trade in manager got super excited and asked me to wait for Monday when they will booked appointment and close the deal. But as expected, no call / no update. always follow-up with them. When I tried to call the sales person, he cut my call and send me msg back that he is going to a customer drop. Talked to his manager who promised to call me back before close of day to have final final number but manager proved he is not behind in unprofessionalism vs his team.
And the last beautiful part of unprofessionalism was sales person msg me at night with final $xx, suggestion to down grade car and said you can call to manager (instead Manager supposed to call me as he promised)
Waste of time and peak of bad customer service. STAY AWAY

Nate Guimond was very pleasant to work with. Unfortunately the used Car Sales Manager Ismail Manjra was not able to negotiate with me as I was being very flexible in the accepted cost of sales.
I will not be coming to this dealership again, nor any of the partners.
Very disappointed, would encourage others to shop elsewhere.

Well I have a completely other side review
Despite the fact I support the high prices for service, but great customer service of Crystal
But their shuttle guy is so annoying by trying to open a very detailed unnecessary topics of conversations with clients!
Dude you have to realize that not all poeple are ready to discuss your own thoughts and believes and bring toxicity to their day while they’re only coming to get service for their cars !
Don’t assume that people are willing to talk and share minds with cab driver for only the few minutes you’re supposed to serve them dropping them to their places !
Just shut up & drive dude
I personally won’t use shuttle no more because it’s so irritating that someone trying to invade my privacy when I’m not intending to !
