the way she was talking to me she was absolutely rude I wanted to talk to her and tell her I don't like tone that you're speaking to me like that but she was my mom's age so I respected her age

I needed a new bank card and she said "it will be two weeks" zero options given. I asked if we could get a temp. and then we got one. This option would not have been provided if not asked for. As the face of a business you would expect a warm welcome, a smile, maybe options given.. instead, it was just negative attitude.”

She's not my official representative, yet she's very proactive in getting my account issues resolved. The front desk aslo booked me in for a next-day appointment with a customer rep. quickly, and I'm grateful, but I can't help but feel the front desk could've had me sign my non-US residency declaration without having me return for an extra meeting. Came in because my credit card was blocked and even though they couldn’t directly help me unblock it because it’s a VISA issue, the manager actually called VISA on my behalf and helped resolve the issue. That was nice and don’t usually see that kind of service. They usually just tell you to call the VISA hotline and send you on your way.”
