“Amazing crew!! We moved from Walkerville to Mcgregor into my mom's house and had them here the week prior to move her stuff from upstairs into her new basement suite. It's an old home so very narrow stairways/halls and they miraculously fit everything! Down 2 flights of stairs too - that's no easy feat! Fast forward to today and SO impressed. These guys bust their butts!! We had a 3 storey house nearly filled to the brim, a lot of small items and boxes so more trips back and forth, and they got it all done in amazing time, no damage, no complaints, super friendly guys... just amazing! They also take apart & reassemble any furniture necessary which was such a relief. Cannot recommend enough!! Thanks so much Roberto & crew!!”

“Two men in a truck- Windsor Lauzon location was absolutely amazing from start to finish with my moving process. From the moment I contacted them initially, I felt genuinely cared for and taken care of. I spoke to Cassandra, who was understanding, amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She was really good at communicating with me, getting back to me if I had any questions or follow-ups, and Prompt with emails and phone responses.I think the best thing though, was that she followed up after the moving process was done to ensure Everything went smoothly and to genuinely check in on me which I appreciated as I had to do this move alone due to my partner having working requirements and moving is stressful as it is.I really felt like Cassandra understood that and she was just so caring and understanding and it really made things easier for me.Cassandra was also very honest and provided her opinion which I appreciated on certain things that I was unsure of and therefore made me feel comforted and more confident.She also set up to have 3 gentleman who Loaded up my truck on moving day. These movers were professional, friendly, and cared about my opinion/or would ask if they were unsure as to where I wanted something or if I wanted it wrapped/secured for protection during the move ect. I like when people ask First, instead of assuming because it shows their attention to detail/regard for the other person.They helped me take down the curtains and curtain rods that I did not have tools for, and they took care to make sure that all of my fragile items were secure and packed away, & that they would not break during the move.One of the movers even assisted me with backing up the Rental truck that I used for the move as I was nervous and unsure of my skill in Backing it up in a spot near other vehicles, not wanting to hit anything, etc.Shout out to Peter as well who I spoke with a few times when Cassandra was not in the office. Who Peter was also very knowledgable, Helpful, unprofessional! Thank you ??The one thing I regret is not using Two Men in a Truck for the whole moving process as I believe now reflecting back that it would’ve continued to make everything else smooth once I got to my destinations/unloading, etc.I will always recommend Two Men in a Truck to anyone who is relocating, especially from Windsor, because my trust and faith in this particular location exceeds any other company I’ve worked with before, and they truly make you feel like you’re a priority.Thank you so much again to all of the staff who made my move process a smooth as possible. I legitimately cannot have did it without you guys guys. ”

“The place is a mess .staff very ignorant to customer that has been there over 30years They refuse to cut the weeds and staff is very disrespectful was considering rented unit ssues have befor my corvette but one other tenant telling me about some units infested with rodents very poorly run now my issues have been resolved in professional manner”

“Very professional. Very efficient . They moved my 5 beds 3 bath home in short order. The took apart all my beds and reassembled them at the new place. All the guys were very friendly and professional and you could tell bye watching them that they are very experienced movers.They left no damage at the old house or the new house they often did the small little things that take the stress out of your moving they did all this 10 days before Christmas, this is truly a top notch company with professional knowledge and skills .
