I went here expecting a phone case of course. The guy servicing us was extremely rude and impolite. I was left with a bad time and a very unfriendly experience. We even asked for a screen protector which is 15 bucks btw! My girlfriend realized we could get it on Amazon and he goes well who’s gonna put it on in a rude tone. She says well I will and he laughs. My girlfriend being a strong independent woman was laughed at for saying she could put on a phone case herself which is obviously discriminating. Customer service should obviously not be that horrible. Overall, this is a terrible service. Don’t buy anything. Go somewhere cheaper. They’ll give better experiences and better, quicker service. Especially if you got a movie to go to. You’ll be late.

I dropped my iPad second gen on Jan 15th, 24. I was told it will take 2/3weeks. I never got any update so I stopped by after a month, they said they are waiting for a device. I went back requesting them to keep me updated. 2 more weeks passed still nothing. I visited the store and they said didn't get device yet. Then today 27th Feb they said cannot unlock it, take back the device. It's really upsetting to wait almost 2 months without a result. They should know what they can or cannot do.

Bought a new phone case and screen protector from them. They installed and told me that the screen protector might bubble due to the case and if that happens to bring it back and they’ll replace it. Well came back two days later and said they will not replace it for free but will discount it. As well as very rude customer service.

Mobil klinik wanted 240 for fix my phone ( battery and replace the back of the phone ) these guys did it for under 100 and gave me a new case for my phone .... il never go elsewhere

Got my phone screen replaced and already has defects literally 20mins after I got it, they pay cheap money for their material and what they do isn’t hard you don’t have to be a scientist to do it, they pay 20$ for a Chinese made after market screen and charge you 280 for a screen change!

I brought my S10 in to repair the screen. Of course I knew it would be expensive. The service was excellent and Sannam is a professional. She told me the cost and answered all of my questions....she was excellent and after trying other non chain repair shops in the past I would recommend Mobilinq....
