I got all my phones fixed from this place, they got really good customer service with very rason able prices. Except they always have warranty on all their replaced products so never had to worry about getting ripped off or anything.
Doing business with them for almost 6 years and i never had any complaints.

Went to this store to get back of phone glass replaced, couple days later the back glass shattered even with an otter box on. Only after a couple days there should be some sort of warranty or free repair. This shouldn’t happen with any glass, they told us they use aftermarket glass. Paid $160 initially and now paying a reduced price but unsatisfied we need to pay over $210 for this entire repair. The glass is not built to last. Would not recommend fixing your phone glass here.

Shattered the back of my phone was repaired by this shop. Four days later shattered due to a very light tap between the phone in my pocket and the table. I went back and kindly asked for a refund or replacement, very poor customer service was given and no type of refund was proposed. Cheap part was put on phone or a faulty part was. Never will be returning to this shop.

Went to this shop a few months back to have one of my camera lenses replaced. I needed the wide angle lenses replaced before my one month trip to Vietnam. They completed the job in an hour. Amazing.
I arrive in Vietnam a few weeks after the repair. A week into my trip my camera started to act up. Camera flip function would not work, cannot zoom out to .5, screen would black out. Im thinking that it may be a software issue. Then once in awhile a notification would pop up, something along the lines of “accessory is not supported”.
I come home from the trip and address the issue, the gentleman insisted it was not his issue. My glass lens was cracked, yet all functions worked before the fix.
Poor customer service, very dismissive. Read their reviews before going in and saw how poor their service was, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Do not go to these folks. Garbage.

Zero stars!. We got the phone screen fixed for it to fall out a week later. No screws we used it screen was slapped in and zero screws put back in. Do not use these guys scammers. And as for phone cases they are $5 on temu or go Ardene the have lots from $5. to $12.
