By far the best Fibre provider in Windsor. They also have great techs who are passionate about their work. Not to mention, unlike the competitors, this company is locally operated. They also don't mislead new customers with misleading promotions that only end up costing you more. If you have mnsi support in your area, make the switch!

I woke up to no Internet. Did all I could including rebooting the modem in the basement.
Got on the line w tech support. There's no outages, I've service to the house, modem is good, the routers being a snot. Did a few things to see if we could coax it to play nice. Nope, wasn't playing nice.
To my utter shock and surprise, Nathan (tech support) asked if I could bring it down to see if he could resurrect it. I was absolutely stunned. Cogeco would've pulled the "it's not our equipment" statement, even when they were new down here. No guarantees, however an attempt was promised. Let me repeat, this was NOT their equipment, but my personal router.
Long story short. He fixed it and I was able to get my router back that night instead of the following day which is what I expected. My house is back online thanks to MNSI Telecom. They've got me for life w customer service at that high of a level. I've been pleased since I switched, but this is a whole nother level.

Amazing service !!! I would like to give a 10 star but only 5 star available . First zero hold time for technical support! Very rare these days when I called technical support they answered on second ring at 10pm. Second the customer support agent Isaac was so nice and so helpful. Isaac took the time to update my router (this is personally owned and has nothing to do with MNSI) he also waited in the phone to make sure I was able
To log into all devices and to make sure the internet was working seamlessly. Thank you Isaac and I would 100% recommend Mnsi to all my friends and family !! Fantastic company and locally owned can’t go wrong !!

I recently experienced an issue with my MNSI Internet service, and I was absolutely blown away by their customer support. I contacted them, and to my surprise, a technician was at my house within an hour to resolve the problem. Their prompt and efficient service truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend MNSI for their outstanding customer service. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Coming from a local family owned business it’s important to me to always support our local businesses as well. My family has been using MNSI for years now, not only in our homes but even at our business! The care that the team at MNSI gives is second to none, their technical support staff has always been extremely knowledgable and effective and will do whatever is needed to help you out. Huge thank you to Todd who was absolutely fantastic at helping me during the night with a technical challenge. Sales and support has always been a delight and made it easy to move to new homes and transfer. The best part is when you call, you are right away speaking with someone and not with an automated response. I can without a doubt say of you need an internet provider you can trust, their is no other place I would recommend.

Great service, competitive prices, they don't offer specials or discounts because their prices are already really good. The fiber optic internet is great, very fast and clean setup. I used to work for Cogeco and I know we have the oldest cable system in all of Ontario and it shows by the signal drops. I have also had DSL through bell and family members with fibe internet through bell and both sucked. I have had just about every ISP available to us since high speed internet came out and this has been the most reliable.
You really should have basic knowledge with a router and how internet works before going with any ISP. It's not just plug and play like bell and Cogeco, they have already set up everything before sending you the modem. It is up to you to configure your router to your preferred settings before hand. The technician will go through the settings and get you connected and assist you with basic setup if needed but it really isn't their job to setup your personal network for you.
I have been an IT guy for almost 30 years so I am considered more advanced when it comes to setup and security and it comes easy to me. The service technician only had to input basic settings into the router to get me connected and I did the rest, he could tell I knew what I was doing. I have recommended MNSI to everyone I know, my neighbor changed from cogeco to MNSI, my mother changed from cogeco to MNSI and my inlaws changed from Bell fibe that was down more than it worked to MNSI and haven't had any issues since.
I really wish they had a portable ISP like Starlink for when we travel on the road with our camper, then I wouldn't have to shell out for the Starlink system or hot spot from my phone.
And well as for paying the bill, it's like everything... If you don't pay you will get shut off, that is just common sense. I have never had a billing issue, my account is setup through my credit card to pay every month and I get points. Internet is not a need like electricity or water it's a luxury, so they don't have to send you 6 warnings before threatening to shut you off like the utilities.
I have been with MNSI for about a year now and it's the best decision I have ever made, I have never had an outage of any kind. I even ported over my land line number to them so everything is on 1 bill, if they just offered a spam call blocker option would be amazing.

The service used to be really good before something happened in 2022/2023 which caused my speeds to be inconsistent, constantly lagging during any load, ping on video games being higher than usual, and random shut offs. We have tried 2 routers and it hasn't changed anything and still has issues, if we can sort something out and possibly get a phone call to resolve these issues that would be great. But for now I can't recommend this ISP to anyone with the amount of issues we are having.

I had technical difficulty with my wifi and my phone - phone company didnt help a bit. Called MNSi, answered instantly, and resolved the problem in less than 10 minutes. Great service!

We have been MNSi customer since we moved from Winnipeg about 4 years ago, in that whole time we used tech support I believe twice, and just now a support regarding the connection box in our front yard. All their responses are unbelievable fast, as soon as the call or service request goes in, you will have an immediate response to address and fix your concerns.
We truly recommend their products and services, prices are within the market value.
No contract.
