Would give 10 stars if I could. Service was AMAZING! Originally got helped by this lady Maysoon who was absolutely wonderful and I made a special order.
Fast forward a few weeks and I got my order. I walked it to pay my remaining balance and the people there made me feel like it was even more worth the purchase that I made. Keep up the great work and also the manager there, the older gentleman(not to old though) was amazing!! Made me laugh and just was all around a great guy. Will definitely be doing business again with this brand and store in particular!!

2 years ago we bought our engagement/wedding rings at Michael Hill and today my husband bought me my birthday ring for my 52nd birthday. We love Michael Hill, best costumer service and always with a smile and very knowledgeable staff. The selection of diamonds etc is always so classy, no matter which jewelry store at the mall I go ,it always brings me back to Michael Hill. Thank you for the good service.

Absolutely atrocious service. I purchased a chain and pendant as a gift and after regular wear for 2 months the chain snapped. I brought it back in and the customer service was horrid, the manager belittled my complaint and offered no sort of assistance going so far as to say "you are no one special". Dissapointment is an understatement, if you need to buy jewelry I would direct you to go anywhere else.

HelloI hardly ever complain or write reviews but today my experience was unacceptable. The employee that helped me was clearly newer. She was not aware of styles of necklaces and was not able to tell white gold from silver. I will say she was trying and I could appreciate the effort, she was newer and learning.The part of my experience that I want addressed is the customer service. I picked out what I wanted in under 5 minutes. The newbie asked a gentlemen to cash me.out. The guy ignored me and kept trying to make the sale with a female trying to buy and size an expensive ring. I waited 15 minutes to be cashed out and eventually left withput purchasing.The purchased I wanted to make was $94+ tax... but the guy in charge of training new employee and chashing out customers was to interested in the lady buying expense ring. He couldn't take the time to.make simple transaction. So I went else where ( People to be exact) payed less for the necklace and was out in 10 min. I will say this, when I shop for wedding bands in January 2023 this place is off my list to shop at.I wish the new higher best of luck and the experienced employee to be retrained. It is unacceptable in customer service and sales to ignore willing paying customers for the Chace at a bigger paying customer. Disappointed and sorry for your new higher if she lost comission

I went in and to purchase something. Lorne has exceptional customer service. Not pushy one little bit. I didn't even go price shopping. He has a strong likeable presence and very inviting. Wasn't concerned if you didn't want something. Just true customer service. Gave me 3 different prices based on sales and will definitely be back. His staff was also great and full of smiles. He seemed to have a a good positive energy in there. Will definitely be back.

Smit was fantastic and understood what we needed exactly, he was very patient and explained everything to us that we needed to know. would’ve been 5 stars however his co worker maysoon, was really unprofessional and kept interrupting us multiple times as we were going through options, we dealt with maysoon previously and only seemed like she cared about getting paid rather than finding an actual option that best suited our interests. today we went back in to ask a couple more questions and she wouldn’t bother to help us or ask if we needed anything. If you go to this store, ask for smit.

This store is great, the customer service is always amazing, and I have a fun experience every time I go there. I like the selection and the staff is really good at helping me figure out what to get. I’ve probably spent over 6-8k here over a few years, everything I have bought is still in perfect condition and Im probably going to continue shopping here for the foreseeable future. All the negative reviews are just angry cheep people that bought something for $50 and complain it broke when they smashed it with a hammer, they make no sense… honestly just unreasonable fools that nobody wants to deal with. Keep doing what you’re doing guys, Ill be back soon !

I bought an engagement ring here and it felt like they were rushing me because a lady was waiting behind me. They neglected to even put my name into the system properly.The ring went in for sizing and took longer then they said, wich caused alot of problems... four months later two diamonds have fallen off of the ring. Terrible experience

If you're looking for a company that will sell you a ring, Michael Hill is for you! If you want a company that will sell you a ring and deem it "unrepairable" after only SIX YEARS Michael hill is definelty for you! Come waste your money here!After telling me they couldn't work on it again, I asked about the lifetime insurance and they told me I would have to give back my "broken" ring for research (even though this model was never ever made again) And the employee serving us was so offended we didn't like the UGLY and not-even-close-to-the-same- style ring she picked out.That ring changed my life. Every holiday and birthday I got something from here. Not anymore. They should have been kissing our butts because of this, instead, they'll kiss us and our future spending money, goodbye!

For years & years, Maysoon(May) has been our go-to for her indescribable support, along with a beautiful smile, so much patience, and even more importantly tailoring the product to what she sees in each of us in my family. Lately, I went there with some graduation cash that I received & she helped me select the perfect ring to keep it as a memorable everlasting gift. First, the ring wasn’t available at the location but then with her help and Lorne’s help (Lorne the manager), I was able to secure it. Lorne was so warm, smiling, and ensured I don’t go out disappointed. It’s the elegance and etiquette accompanied with a beautiful smile are what bring me back every time & for that I say thank you. Thank you May & Lorne for being beyond perfect. I truly hope this rating reaches corporate for both of you deserve all the recognition.

The customer service it’s always amazing there, even if I’m just looking and don’t wanna buy something they are just very kind and allow me to browse around. Another amazing thing about them, they will clean any of your jewellery even if it’s not from there, they’ll clean it for you at any time you can bring it all of your door at once if you want. They are extremely kind that way! I made an order online that said that I couldn’t pick it up till the next day, but it was very important to me that I picked it up that day and they allowed it to within an hour so I was beyond grateful for that. They’re just very kind and their jewellery is very good quality. I find it is reasonably priced and I think it j there jewellery is very good quality. I find it is reasonably priced and I think it just always looks beautiful! Customer care is amazing too though!
