Make Space back dates my rental unit from from the 27th of the month to the middle of the month knowing I'm on a fixed income has done but charge me late payments every month refusing to adjust my payment date after which they tacked on bogus services charges I highly recommend not finding an alternative storage unit company

The place is a mess .staff very ignorant to customer that has been there over 30years They refuse to cut the weeds and staff is very disrespectful was considering rented unit ssues have befor my corvette but one other tenant telling me about some units infested with rodents very poorly run now my issues have been resolved in professional manner

This place is run by the nicest managers, they give you their best deal. The place is clean and neat very well maintained.I once called them on the weekend left a voicemail and they called me back within minutes, you can’t ask for a better service!

Customer Service was impeccable! As long term customers, any payment issues (from a rare late fee, accidental overlock, etc.) were always resolved smoothly, professionally and kindly. The grounds are 24/7 accessible, safe, clean and secure. I would definitely recommend and use Make Space Storage for any future storage needs. Thanks to everyone that works there. Great experience!

Locker was clean and kept everything dry, and it rained a lot in the 2 months I had it. Lost the key and they replaced it with no charge or hassle.
