Good store. Staff needs to pay more attention to customers needs tho.

Worst customer service I've ever continuosly experienced.
I know going into the store how awful I'll be treated; but the staff always shock me with their horrible attitudes. They are rude and dismissive to customers and co-workers.
I was sent from the pro desk (no help) to the kitchen desk (NO help) to the customer service desk (finally some help) to process an account return.
In addition staff needed to get a cabinet down off the high shelf. Once lowered the staff stood there for several minutes while I waited to be informed it was down. I finally asked what the delay was and he informed me that I needed to get a second cart for the cabinet. He couldn't walk to the end of the isle to get the cart? I did and dragged two large carts alone.
I finally made it back to the prodesk only to find one employee who was left with two bricked computers. She made several attempts to bill me out. As a line of customers formed behind me she was forced to use a third till and leave me waiting longer.
Over the last three years as a "pro" account client I dread ever having to step foot in these stores.

I just want to give a shoutout to the wonderful employee in flooring by the name of Sharif. I was looking for a rug a couple of weeks ago that was available online but not in store. He went out of his way to search the back for me, unfortunately RONA didn’t have any at the time. He was kind enough to call me and update me that the rugs came in today and are on display and available for purchase. Employee doing the most for his customers. Thanks Sharif in flooring!

I ordered a bathroom vanity and tower for a bathroom we're renovating that was suppose to take 3 weeks, we're close to 3 months now because rona can't seem to get their heads together.with thus order. The first vanity set came in after 3 weeks of waiting. It vanity was all wrong. We're now waiting for the second one to come in and hopefully it's the right one this time. we have been waiting over 2 weeks for this one and still waiting. The wrong one is still sitting in my garage all this time by the way.
Well it finally comes in and said they will deliver it to my house and pick the old one up. On the delivery date I get a 9:00 am phone call, with some guy on the other end telling me someone screwed up the paperwork for the delivery and now it can't be delivered. Now I'm fricken livid!!. I took this day off work double time for this Dame thing. This was suppose to happen on a Saturday, now they say Monday morning. But who knows!!
These individuals made our bathroom renovation a living nightmare. I'm am so done with Rona!!!

Had to replace my fridge and dishwasher. went to several stores big and small, all seemed to be the same until I got to Rona, Kevin knew the product lines, didn't have to google every question I had, genuine product knowledge, from sales to the delivery this was one of the best I've had in large purchases, thanks to everyone involved,

Went to the store, when I was not able to get thru the extended warranty service by phone, for my washer that I purchased in July 2021 when it was Lowes. To my surprise who was still there was the gentleman that sold me my washer.....John G. He actually remembered me from 3 yrs ago, for he took a picture of my receipt for me in case I misplaced my receipt (which I did). He bent over backwards to help me rectify the problem and book a repair service for the following week at its earliest. I can't thank John enough for saving me the time trying to get through the warranty service line. He must have stayed on that phone for at least 25 minutes, until he got a rep. John definitely went well and beyond what someone would expect in these days of automated customer service. Once again thanks John. You are a star in your profession.

Since the change over from Lowes to rona it's gone down hill. They got rid of the help button and the staff seem to not care if you need help. It's like they hide from you

I have no idea what this guys name is at the paint counter but I went to purchase sicko brand paint in semi gloss for my mom but I made a slight mistake and asked for flat finish instead of semi gloss at first to be able to paint furniture in her home this guy gets beyond angry and slams the can of wrong can of quart paint down on the counter and walks away to make the new saying you want me to jip this one and make a new one !!. beyond unprofessional will be travelling to go to Home Depot or another Rona from now on your employees need to be changed out and the grumpy old man needs to be fired I’m done taking verbal harassment from them . Do better all of you are adults act like it.

My husband and I went in looking for a new fridge and stove in stainless. When we were approached by an employee, who was happy to help! John G is who served us, and he was awesome!! He showed us a few things, and then we found it! My kitchen will truly be transformed! John made sure that we got exactly what we wanted, and we couldn't be happier with our choices! Excited for their arrival tomorrow!!
