After my oil change was done they, without asking, started unscrewing my coolant reservoir because it looked low, coolant exploded everywhere because the car obviously was not fully cooled down to do that. Started telling me it "wasn't supposed to be hot"??? They put some more coolant in and I have no idea if I paid for it because their receipts don't show the details of what you're paying for.

They reported a oil leak at oil pan. Went to a certified auto mechanic and was told new oil filter installation was not on tight enough. Oil filter installation was put on dry rather than wet ( a small amount of oil applied to threads ) and not tightened hard enough by hand. No oil filter clamping wrench used. Won't be returning to this place.

Please dont go this place they scam people saying they change the oil but they dont .i went once to change the oil they charged me 110$ for an oil change and after that i started getting check engine light and the oil pressure light on my car plus there was leak .worst service in Windsor wont recommend to anyone

These men are amazing! So kind and so helpful! The price is right too! I felt very comfortable dealing with them. Also, checking over my car and noticing I needed an air filter replacement! Holy dirty! I’m a happy lady now. My car is now safer to drive. Thank you!!

Great locally owned business that was super helpful and quick in completing an oil change as well as other needed car related preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of my vehicle. The oil change at Local Lube was done with out a wait and the staff explained the process along the way. Very trustworthy

My oil change was literally the most uncomfortable transaction I've ever had in capitalism. After dumping the oil, they aggressively proceeded to tell me I needed to buy the more expensive oil, and also upcharged on the oil filter. I paid 60$ extra for the additional 700 ml of oil that my vehicle required over 5 liters. I did not want to be there, after experiencing how they treated me, but with no oil in the engine, they had me bent over the fire without any choices. I didn't even consent to service when they had started. The aggressiveness of the salesman was very intimidating and made me feel scared. I just wanted to get out of there, so I agreed with everything they said after that. Stay away!!!!! I will never return. Their behavior is designed to get you to "agree".If you go to Rafih, they pick up your car, change the oil, clean it, vacumn it, detail it, wash it and deliver it back for the SAME PRICE!!!! You were warned.
