Inconsistent service for a luxury marque thus far. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s a disappointment. They miss things or just a lack of communication. Performance Lincoln needs service advisors that understand vehicle maintenance. They should really avoid “shop charges”. It’s really unbecoming for a brand like Lincoln.

DON’T GO(!) IF YOU R NOT HAVE TO!!!I got a service appointment for friday 2:40pm and when I got the dealership, the service clerk said “why u got the appointment so late?! All the mechanics are almost leaving cause it is friday ?” ARE U REAL?!The latest option was 2:40pm and it’s not my problem if the mechanics leave earlier and who accepts that excuse(?!)Danielle M.; she is working for the service dept desk; she is really strange too. Almost 20 min waited to pick my car cause she lost the documents…Weird place and weird people(!)

Where do I begin. We bought a 2022 Lincoln Aviator (roughly $90,000). It has been now 2 weeks in their shop, recieved a call this morning not from Lincoln service department, nope..... they would rather leave your calls in voicemail. It was the Ford department and it was one of their worker bees who gave us the call. It is unacceptable service, we were given information that with our purchase Lincoln has perks... such as customer service... there has been none. Our car went in on February 9th, we were told yesterday February 21st it would be ready today, only to get a call saying they once again ordered the wrong part. It has sat around their property and not moved.. we have the Lincoln app on our phones which alerts you about your vehicle... this company and its owners here in Windsor are a sad let down. This will be our last purchase from them ever. They have offered us no compensation what so ever.

Second Lincoln I have purchased there traveled from Toronto I was rather sloppaly dressed Wally the sales rep treated me very well and worked hard to get a deal made to my satisfaction the second one he worked with me to get the deal I wanted Thanks Wally

Called about a used car and was able to find exactly what i was looking for. Moe Mourad the sales rep that assisted this find/purchase, was great and personable each step of the way. Definitely will reach out and be in touch with him again.
