Only waited a few moments at reception. Info taken, sent to a cubicle, Nurse Barbara very polite, very pleasant, blood sample taken, container for urine sample handed to me with instructions to follow. Everything on time and efficient. Thank you.

Getting blood work done was fine the nurse was very good. But Barbara on the front desk was so cold and very quick to give her annoying face to me because she ask where my Dr was and I said cancer clinic. With that she snapped and said well I don't know where that is
