The worst hotel I saw in my life not clean the room floor was very dirty looks like they never clean it if you want to take a shower there is only one small piece soap and there was a bed bug on the bed I'm just asking the city of windsor how they don't check on these places and see if there clean or not but looks like the city job just collecting tax and they don't care about people

Hotel is old but the rooms are clean, nice comfy beds, washroom clean and good shower. Good service at the front desk and no noise at night. Quiet clean place to sleep with a limited budget. I was a bit worried reading the bad reviews. Yes it needs cosmetic changes but overall its a clean place and comfortable place to sleep.

Very dirty and run-down looking. Furniture very dirty. Hallway rugs very dirty and not vacuumed. Staff could not replace missing lightbulb because they couldn’t find one. Bed was comfortable. Television did not work. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. It is not worth the money.
Rooms: Large but the furniture is very shabby and dirty. The television did not work and there was a light bulb missing from one of the bedside lamps. One of the curtain panels was missing as well.

I recently stayed at Lexington Inn & Suites Windsor, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The hotel feels outdated, with many areas in need of serious attention. The toaster in the dining area was broken, which made breakfast inconvenient.
The room itself was far from comfortable. There was a noticeable smell throughout, and the electrical sockets were loose, making it difficult to charge my phone. To make matters worse, the bedsheets, towels, and blankets all had an unpleasant odor, which really affected the overall stay.
I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made. Very disappointing experience.

Horrible experience here. We rented 2 rooms. The pull out couch was so disgusting it literally looks like it came from a dump.. the pillows smelled so stale and felt horrible. The floors were black and so dirty.. our white socks turned black. Towels were old and you can tell were heavily used and not good at all. The showers were absolutely garbage. I had water up to my ankles. We didn't shower for our 2 days there. Definitely stay away from here if you can! Absolutely filthy. 0/10.

The mgr front desk was awesome. I needed Sat nite room cheap. He helped me greatly !! Location is good.! Close to everything in this area airport.
Room was not the best. I just needed a bed. Place to rest. Worked for me!!

This place is disgusting. I booked on hotwire and should have known it was horrible for the price I paid. The beds are brutal. Pillows are 500 years old and the rooms are very dirty. Don't stay here.

Usually, I get great service at this motel, but this time was awful. Because it was a long weekend they charged me more than they normally have. The first night we had no TV we went and told them that we had no TV the guy working the counter came up to the room , called somebody was talking to them in a different language so I don’t know what was said and ended up we were not going to have a TV at all that night. The next day we went out and when we came back, we did have a TV but that night it was so noisy and there was kids running and screaming up and down the halls until people started complaining at 11 at night , so my second night there was not enjoyable either . I did not get any discount or nothing on my room, even though the services included wasn’t available to me. I think the next time we are in Windsor I will need to shop around for new accommodations.

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly and heplful, rooms very comfortable as well the beds. Breakfast had a ggod varity of choices.

Made a late night last minute stop at this hotel. Rooms are definitely not what is shown in pictures. Hallway smelled moldy. Extremely dated furniture, electric lamps, curtains. Wallpapers are coming off the walls. I found ants on the bedroom and bathroom floors. Bath towels looked like they had been washed for the 1000th time...looked extremely old. They provide the bare minimum to guests. No water bottles in the room. Breakfast was far below expectations. No hot breakfast, only bread and cereal. It looks like they buy their coffee cups, tea bags and sugar supply in bulk from Costco. Other hotels would provide individually plastic-wrapped coffee cups but not this hotel. And they provide a zip lock with some tea bags and sugar. Didn't use them because of cleanliness concerns.

After a long day, the friendly staff at check in was exactly what the dr ordered. They were courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond.
The room itself definitely needed some love, upkeep, and updates. But it was a clean, comfortable, bed for the night and that was all we needed.
