The staff members at Laura/Melanie Lynn are helpful, polite, attentive & fun! Love shopping there & their clothing is of great quality. I also like the choices of jewelry. Look forward to the sales offers a few times a year.

Extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the dresses and the rude, unprofessional customer service.
I bought a dress on sale from Lauraās and was told it was final sale, which I accepted. The sales associate zipped me into the dressāand failed to mention a large rip in it. I only noticed it once I got home and showed the dress to my mom, who pointed out two rips in total.
I immediately called the store and was told to come back in. When I returned, the manager acknowledged the damage and said she could either fix the dress or order a new one. When I asked if a return was possible given the clear defect, she gave me attitude and said, āWell clearly you left the store and liked it.ā Completely dismissive and unhelpful.
I agreed to have the dress reordered, thinking it would come from the warehouse. But when I picked it up and looked at it laterāthe new dress had a rip too. I went back to the store again, very upset, especially because Iām attending a wedding and now have very little time to find a new dress.
Thatās when I was told the replacement wasnāt shipped from the warehouse, but from another store. This was never made clear to me. I was also told that Lauraās does not offer returns at allāeven on regular-priced items. Again, this was not communicated during the original sale.
When I expressed my frustration, the assistant manager offered no real solutionājust a vague explanation that the fabric tends to rip over time after being tried on by multiple people. That alone speaks volumes about the poor quality of their products. At no point did anyone take accountability or try to make things right in a meaningful way.
Now Iām left with a $225 Lauraās gift card, no dress, and no time to find a new one. All they did was send me off with a defective replacement and zero empathy for the situation they put me in.
I wouldnāt recommend shopping here to anyone. The products are clearly low quality, and the staffāfrom sales associates to managementāwere nothing but rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire experience.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will not price protect their own product that goes on sale.Would NEVER recommend shopping here. Horrible service after buying a $500 dress!

Amazed and pleased to wear their clothes to a very important event that took place in Miami, Florida, Hollywood city. I have gotten tons of compliments and questions about my outfit. Glad that I have chosen to make my purchase from this boutique. Next time when Iāll need another special gown Iāll go same place to get it :). Much success in your business. ?

I visited Laura in Devonshire mall on Feb 12 2024, and was looking for a dress for my daughter, we were helped by Julia M, she spent 2 hours with my daughter helping her choose the right dress and accessories, very patient, and devoted sales lady, we left the store so happy after my daughter bought the right dress, thank you so much Julia, we highly appreciate the time you spent with us to please us .I visited the Devonshire mall on dec 1st to just look around, I was approached by a great sales lady, her name was Evan, I was so impressed by her passion to help me, to a point that I thought that she owns the store! She was working the cash and coming to the fitting room to help me whenever she can, she gave me her opinion on everything I tried, I ended up buying clothes over $900!Laura should be proud to have someone like Evan working in the store, she is so good in sales and so devoted.I will definitely go back again soon.Yasmeen Tartir

Wonderful ladies shop that sells a high end line of garments and accessories of any store Iāve shopped in. If they donāt have your size they will try hard to get it for you from another store. The staff is the most friendly and helpful. I donāt shop at anywhere else. They have every size from petite, extra small, to X3. Itās a treat to shop there.

Not only did we find something beautiful but the service was impeccable. I feel the value of our purchase was perfect for the price point as well. There young lady that took care of us was so very helpful.
