Looked at my laptop and was honest about trying a repair. In the end the laptop couldn't be fixed and I wasn't charged for the work already done. Solid business here

Even over the phone….excellent service…called to get some advice as to possibly bring in a laptop for repair.I spoke to a service tech who gave me honest feedback and advice.I wouldn’t hesitate sending someone to the Laptop Doctor for help with any computer issues.

Brought my laptop in and the screen was ruined luckily he was able to fix it in no time for a fantastic price. This business is very good at what they do and know tons about multiple different devices if you need a place to get almost anything fixed I would go here in a heartbeat !

This has been an easy decision to keep going back to Laptop Doctor. I have been going to the Laptop Doctor for a few years now. The owner is an Electrical Engineer educated at a Michigan University. I love that. An EE!The company name may be a bit misleading because he does Desktops and Laptops and as well sells accessories such as power supplies for Laptops and lots of other computer supplies for Desktops and Laptops. He also has some Laptops and Desktops to sell. I just upgraded my Desktop to an SSD and it was same day service. I'm always in a hurry and the Laptop Doctor has been very fast for me. Very good price. I also asked him to check on upgrading my CPU. I have been to other places and Orange PC is good also and due to one complicated fix replacing a soldered in CMOS battery, Orange PC sent me to the Laptop Doctor. Also, parking in front is free and easy.

This place was recommended to me from friends and he did not disappoint. I dropped off a mac laptop with a cracked screen and when he learned it for a teenager, he had it ready within a few hours: can't beat that kind of service! Great service and an even better price. Very professional, quick and personable. I now know why so many people recommended this place.

If medical doctors were as precise and affordable as Mamdouh at the Laptop Doctor, medicine in this country could be private, affordable, dignified and cost efficient. Instead the medical establishment is bloated, undignified, makes endless error and charges the collective purse so excessively that it's cutting frontline staff.It's always stressful going to a new service person for the first time to service technology or your vehicle, unless you are well versed and informed. It's even worse when your matter is urgent and you are under a deadline and your computer isn't holding a charge, as with this case.Mamdouh put what he was working on down, went straight to work examining the computer and running tests to see where the problem was. As he eliminated the worst scenarios he let me know and as he progressed things looked brighter and brighter. In the end it was a small problem and a little education for the user. His price was very fair and I have made a new connection in Windsor. A valuable morning out and problem solved.I am new to Windsor, and getting to know who you can trust in any city is often fraught with pitfalls. This was a pleasant experience all round, and I am always loyal to those that are reliably ethical and do good work. I highly recommend.

My second time visiting for a second laptop, owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I needed my laptop fixed ASAP because I work from it everyday, and he was more than helpful in being fast. It’s the only place I go when I’m in trouble!

I recently had the pleasure of doing service with Laptop Doctor, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. I had to work on a project and they kindly accepted my request for parts and help with many elements of the project, such as soldering some wires together and some components that were part of the project. A couple months ago, I came in with my very old 2011 MacBook Pro and they have done a very great job with cleaning up the MacBook and bringing it back to life. I was really impressed. I would definitely recommend Laptop Doctor for anyone looking to do repairs on their laptop or desktop, since their fantastic customer service and repair quality is very impressive.

Very good service. My Windows crashed and I was in hurry to get my files. I came to the store and Laptop Doctor checked the problem on the spot and I was able to continue my work same day. It is good to know a place that has all the tools and knowledge needed.
