I was looking for Ugg tasmans and she said I can order them and it would be a few business days. I ordered them on august 10 and it’s been almost 4 months and I haven’t received a call or anything.

Very helpful team!!It’s amazing how they always have deals and sales going on. Every time I get new pairs I get a discount which really makes it fun to shop. Also I rarely had a problem with sizes or quality and if I do I never leave Kozmo store unhappy.

Absolutely bad customer services experience. They deceived on my little daughter and replaced her shoes by another ripped one and refused to return it in 24hours, and then offered her 50% discount for future purchase. WHAT A SCAMMERS!
